X Country

Hi lads

Is anyone else having trouble getting their cross country bet (just a single bet) from tuesday voided by corals.

I have sent them a couple of messages but no response yet.

Are they obliged to allow you void it if you want to?

cheers

Personally I would take the £2000 as a NR then do as Slim suggests above, back it again.
I would probably stick £700 on if its 9/2, giving a return if it loses of £1300, £700 more than you have now, or £5150 if it wins (inc the £1300), only just short of the £5400.
As Slim says, no brainer really.

This is more or less what I've done. I've voided the Arabella Boy leg but put enough on to double my money if it wins.

Not had any issues with getting a bet voided Littlelad - we voided all bets on the race under our 48 hour rule. Unsure what Coral's stance on the matter is.

Delayed, sounds like JT Macnamara is in a bad way.Air ambulance landed.Hopefully he is ok,puts it all in to context.sounds bad though.

Came over the tannoy that he was concious and had been taken to Frenchay Hospital. Thats a spinal specialist isnt it?? Hopefully hes going to be ok.

Big Shu as impressive a winner of this race as I can remember. Probably hit the front sooner much than he wanted but didn't have much option as the horse was running away.

I liked it being delayed from the Tuesday - it always seems such a drop from the sublime to the ridiculous after the Champion Hurdle . Last race on Thursday is an ideal place for it .

Arabella Boy travelled well but didn't really see out the trip. Fun and games while it lasted, haven't had the heart thumping like that in a while (for punting reasons anyway)! Should've taken the advice and voided it, but hindsight is a wonderful thing.
