Out of interest - how do you calculate your jockey/ trainer scores?

The ones I show on the card are the average of the long and short term ratings I create, each based on their performance at the particular race type (jumps/flat/aw) and course.
In terms of strike rate for blindly picking the top rated, the trainer rating is almost as 'strong' as the official rating.
The trainer & jockey ratings pages show the split between between long and short term ratings

Delighted for owner David Spratt and partners who have spent a lot in the past seven years and deserve a turn.
Horse sold to Oz for a Melbourne Cup bid.
Had a few bob ew tote and had exacta with True Self so race about furlong and a half too long for my liking !!

Yup he would have faded up the hill and walked over the line........as the rest were just turning for home

Awful Ebor festival for me this year- everything I touched turned to sh**e, always at least 1 out of the places in big handicaps - few quid back at Redcar last nite chasing it, the only consolation.

Hope others did better !
