Douze Douze also got a shocking non-trying ride in the King George - Japhet was great they just didn't find the right races for him :)

How? Speciosa was one of the jammiest Classic winners ever and Oratorio was just another Ballydoyle production line horse. Not bad, not brilliant. Youmzain is almost like the Harchibald of the flat. An edge of the seat horse.
 
I'd agree with Oratorio but Speciosa was game as hell, one of the gamest I've seen. She went off a ludicrous price on the day and it was only the fact she wasn't trained by Stoute or Fanshawe that resulted in that price. Sure conditions came right for her on the day but you could not fault her attitude, where as you can with an animal like Youmzain.
