Not sure why Lieutenant Rocco is in there, he was announced as OFS a few weeks ago.

No One for the Team. Disappointing from Nick Williams - ideal race for him.

Lostintranslation and Copperhead. Tizzard's must be on the Oisin marching powder.

Is there a horse that pumpkin doesn't talk up?

Weird that they have given him an entry here then, and Ladbrokes have intro’d him in the betting at 12/1.

Do we have a source for the news about him being OFS?

THink it was a quote from Nick Mitchell but the horse has moved yards I note.

Ontheropes has been in my tracker since his run behind Monkfish although didn't carry my money last time out as I was playing golf and forgot

Because of his novice status he looks a prime candidate for the NH chase so interesting to see him entered here but he's already rated 152 in Ireland now so if the BHA tax him he'd be close to top weight, which on his form to date, even allowing for that run behind Monkfish and a Munster Nash off a HRI rating of 141, looks beyond him.

I think when they get to around 150-ish the marks are 'harmonised'.

The first thing I'll be doing when I get home is checking out Silver Hallmark. 16/1 interests me and I can see me having a punt.

Weights are almost certain to rise, and I don’t reckon we’ll see any of the Irish horses run. I can see Next Destination being lumered with near-enough top-weight once the defectors come out

Tizzard has a fair few entries. He might use the likes of LIT to keep the weights down. If the ground looked like being heavy, VW might be tempted to let RP take his chance off top weight. He might have a better chance in this race than in the Betfair.

Next Destination is very interesting too.

I probably won't get a reply to this, but anyone know why Silver Hallmark has been taken out of the betting?

Looks as though he is now a non runner.

My advice would be to stick with Cloth Cap 14/1 who ran a good race at Cheltenham for a horse who was 6 canters short of a gallop.

Jonjo has never been shy of training them on the course.

He has been accused of stopping them but he simply is not that stupid,

It's way too easy to stop them at home and be seen to be doing their best on the course.

This is Cloth Caps gold cup after last years disappointing run in the National you can guarantee he'll be 110% fit for the Hennessy.

Then it's on for another crack at the National. It might be worth considering having a little on at 33/1 ew.

He was going well but landed awkwardly and winded himself when disputing 2nd place this year and stopped like shot.

I doubt if there's a better jumper of a fence in training

Cloth Cap is horrendously badly handicapped.

Well, he's entered for the KIng George and a 'possible' for the Gold Cup so they must think he's a lot better than his mark.

He was mightily impressive last year and reportedly had a wind problem in the National, for which he's had an op. A modest reappearance got his mark down a little and a repeat performance of last year's demolition job would give him a real shout before factoring in the possibility of further improvement.

He's very much on my radar.
