2 Mile Chasers 20/21

C'mon, DO? Who beats CPS?

I'm not convinced he'll even turn up this year. You'd think a 9yo would have made it across the pond by now but I'd be pretty sure we'll see a totally different Politologue on the day compared with the one we saw the other week.

Then there's Altior. If the reports have any substance he's not far off his best.

I would have suggested Min but today was setback.

Nube Negra has the profile to improve again.

And that's without mentioning the simple possibility of a shock or even a mishap.

Chacun Pour Soi simply doesn't do it for me at this stage, but in keeping with his name, each to their own :)

Politologue isn't even in the same post-code to Chacun Pour Soi, appreciate Politologue won it last year but it was an extremely sub-standard QMCC. A solid horse he is, but he won't trouble Chacun next month.

It wouldn't even surprise me if Altior was to go down the Ryanair route - he has a better chance of that than landing another QMCC in my opinion.

Nube Negra was impressive at Kempton but there are still question marks about how good he possibly is/can be and Chacun's last 2 victories have been effortless, he's some horse.

This seems a very un-mo post

Its a lot of its and buts

Even the premise of him not turning up is clutching

Willie has had stronger favourites beaten in the QMCC.

He’s clearly very good when it all goes well but at odds on I’ll be against him

True....but there is absolutely NOTHING remotely in the same league in opposition this time.

Want to take him on with Nube Negra or an 11yo Altior? You’re having a laugh.

Agree.

Politologue and Nube Negra that are being mentioned, not even sure they’d beat Notebook with any confidence.

CPS just has to line up and jump to win.

The only thing that gets in the way of Chacun winning is injury and the fences. He’s a mile clear of anything he’ll face in March. It’s impossible to make a case for anything else winning.
