Big Mac Arrives In Big Brother House

Germaine speaks ::::

Following her departure from the Big Brother House Germaine Greer has spoken to Davina and her comments will be shown tonight at 11.05pm on Celebrity Big Brother's Little Brother.

Talking to Davina McCall, she expanded on her feelings since leaving and the motives behind her decision.

"I feel a bit upset about it, I would rather have stuck it out and got evicted in due course...The thing that's important to me is that I manage to keep my sanity...I have to make my judgement and move on."

She told Davina that the tense situation with John was a major factor.

"It first became tricky for me when John was being taunted about the diet cola - because that's how kids behave when they're bullying other children...In this case all the housemates joined in the bullying, they didn't have to repeat what was said in the Diary Room... I just watched and I thought, 'I really don't like this'."

On John's silent treatment of the housemates, Germaine said, "John isolated himself...twice he turned his back on me." On his stubborn nature, she said, "There's no turning him round the long way round - that tank is not coming round - he's still going to have repellant views of people and repellant ways of talking to them."

Germaine admitted that the arrival of Jackie Stallone last night had unsettled her into thinking anything could happen. "Maybe that was what it was about - I didn't want to see my mother airlifted from her nursing home and dropped into the compound!"

She went on. "It was getting a bit peculiar...I certainly wasn't going to have my palm read - now that would have been degrading!"

Germaine then shared her thoughts on her former housemates:

On Brigitte - "I was concerned about her, it turns out that she is going through a very, very difficult divorce."

On Caprice - "She is very beautiful, she has the most perfectly toned body I've ever seen in my life. She has a will of iron, and nothing about her is spontaneous - not one action, not one word."

On John - "I do think there's something odd about him." When Davina tells Germaine how much John liked her, she says it was for all the wrong reasons: "Because I did the housework!"

On Kenzie - "He's adorable! First of all he's intensely creative, he's aware of everyone, he never blanks anyone - you can talk to him about anything. He's completely uncalculating and he's there for a good reason."

On Bez - "Bez is a walking miracle - it's a wonder he can put one foot in front of the other!" But Germaine added that she loved his positive disposition. "He finds happiness in a mound of dust!"

On Jeremy - "He's gorgeous. I was a bit mean at first - I thought this guy's business is being likeable." But she admitted her opinion of him began to change today when she enjoyed beating him at caps.

On the housemate she wants to win the series, Germaine said: "It's a faint hope, but I would like Bez to win, because he needs the money very badly, and he would make very good use of it...and I'd like Kenzie to come second."

Bez looks like this is the longest period that he's gone without drugs for decades.

And he's improving for that. I could see him winning it.

Bez danced around out of his head for a few years - Lisa bored everyone silly on nayional radio and got shunted off to local

Watched it last night for a while. The spin the bottle was quite entertaining.

Mac confessed to not having had a threesome and to having had less than 12 lovers.

Caprice hasn't had anal sex.

Funniest thing was when someone asked Lisa if she preferred her men on top or underneath and she replied along the lines of "I prefer them on top with one underneath."

So now you know.

I had a quick look at it last night, just to see if Jackie Stallone was actually real, or an inflatable. Looks like most of her's real, but just has blow-up lips. Okay, so there's Mrs Stallone, Ms Nielsen, Caprice, and Big Mac. Those I now recognize. Who are the others, and what's their claim to, er, celebrity? For what are they celebrated?

It seems Endemol / channel 4 have gone back on their initial rules and have now allowed Jackie Stalone to be nominated for first eviction, having quite categorically stated several times she was exempt from nomination this week. Question to Ardross and others, given that the channel 4 website contains a link promoting gambilng on the show, and that tens of thousands of pounds have already been wagered on the eviction, does this not leave them open to legal action? I mean, it is seriously open to insider trading, and is akin to having betting on the grand national, and then deciding on the day to remove all the fences. I think this stinks to high heaven. :angy:

terry, the Lisa comment is nothing compared with the Lisa stories I have picked up from a well known "showbiz gossip" source. Despite my dislike of censorship I'd better not put anything on here, in case one of the many nuns and monks who are members is looking in. I'll send you a PM.

If anyone else wants to be a party to this scurrilous news, just ask - but don't read it in front of your gran.

Who nominated who:

Bez: Jackie and John
Brigitte: John and Jackie
Caprice: John and Jackie
Jackie: Bez and Jeremy
Jeremy: Jackie and Lisa
John: Bez and Caprice
Kenzie: John and Jackie
Lisa: John and Jackie

Most of them nominated John and Jackie.

So if Jackie goes, will John get nominated again? I suppose that if he keeps saying that he wants to go then it's an easy option. But who will the other one be next time? It looks as if Mac's nominations won't change but I doubt that any of the other blokes will pick Caprice, or Bez come to that.

Lisa looks the most likely, although I said that last time!
