Corals bonuses

I think Corals are in melt down. None of my '£10 bet on first race' bonuses have been added and they are supposed to be added by 4.30 the same day. So far I have had just £20 of £80 bonuses added to my account. Disappointing as it looks like I am probably going to have to use the bets up on midweek racing next week in order not to lose them ! Not much of a 'Cheltenham' bonus. I should be able to use at least the 2 x £10 bonuses today. I left the phone ringing on their Customer Support line for 90 minutes yesterday.
Good offers but looks like they didn't have the technology in place to deliver them

No issues logging in or using the site since around 5:30 yesterday evening.
And all of my £10 bonus's have been credited --usually by at least 5:30 the same day. (The bonus's are credited as a direct add-on to your balance -- not as a free bet).

Gus, have you tried using a different browser -- Chrome, Firefox, etc -- and clearing cookies ?

Corals have amended their terms this morning -- it was a £10 cash refund; now it is a stake-not-returned free bet.
(Probably scraping around the back of the sofa for a few pennies after getting creamed on yesterday's Evens Sprinter Sacre). :)

I'm using the mobile site, they paid me about 6 last night and I've had my free bet credited, you can only see it when you go to place a bet - it's a drop down box under the staking field.

Won't be using them again but thanks for the free 20 on Sprinter and the free £20 bet! What to use it on is the question. Today looks hard...
