if 3.56 is correct then the ground not as bad as we thought...or...the first 3 may be above average

having 3 races before the big one is a bonus

the ground looks similar on time to when Sublimity won the CH..in that year Ebaziyam won the supreme in 3.56.1 and the CH was run in 3m55.7 after they went too hard early

i'd be looking for the Arkle to be run in about 3m52..to 3m53

Claisse suggested ground would be soft all week and it isn't even soft on the first day. Thanks to that advice you have horses who have been pushed into the 'wrong' races and punters with books full of soft ground horses who now probably have no chance. Any chance he can water to correct his mistake?

chase course looks slower by some..if the Arkle time is a true reflection then the 3m chase should be run about 6m25 to 6m27 to equate to it
