Glad i fopund you one big enough to back,i said last weekend on the thread was waiting for this saturday as the catterick card is usually really good for horses suited to the track on soft ground,this time last year on same card put up 33/1,16/1 and 9/2 winners on the same card on here had multiples running on the night card as well..The card was poor today although just managed to find that one decent race so i was right again abiout this particular day,will be saying the same thing next year..:)
 
Will try a few speculatuve ones in multiple,really just on back class horses not really in form but could run well and probably ones to follow on the aw..

Related is probably a cliff horse for a lot of punters,have backed him once or twice tis turf season slightkly regressive althiugh has run a couple of respectable races was 3rd in a 0-90 in june and 2nd to hackney road and a 3rd to tommy g so still capable in this grade.Last win was this race last season off 83 off 80 tomorrow,followed up thjat run with a 3rd to sparkalot off 85,that form is the equivalent of rose berry and human nature they ran 2nd and 3rd last time over c/d in same grade and respectable times///Midgley no doubt has related set up for somerthing maybe something easier,but would have decent ew chance on last seasons two runs,these three plus fav look likely to fight out finish..

Newcastle 2.10

Russian realm 16/1 sportbook/ppower/skybet 14/1 totesport/betfred/lads/

A ridiculously competitve handivap you could pick anything and some well handicapped horses coming back to form,plenty opf negatuves for russian realm rarely wins and now 8yr old,although does have some very good form even if it only places.This season has been 2nd in a 0-105 at epsom,but nothing as good as that since although hasn't run terrible in recent races hasn't been placed,thats taken his mark down to 79 lowest sonce 2013 and from nine runs never won on the aw although has run here twice 3rd to heavens guest off 82 and then followed that up with 2nd to athoblair boy off 82 again.Think tomorrows race although only same grade looks better race lots of horses in form,unexposed types as well two 3yr olds could be anything looks a red hot 0-80,but not a lot of newcastle form in race an unlikely winner russian realm but could run ok off this mark even though am not sure about the 1 draw either.Think he's on a winnable mark on the aw even if tomlorrows race might be too hot.
Kennythecaptain usually runs well here went off 9/2 fav in a 0-90 last time ot ran here,is drawn 10 and has beaten ruissian realm twice alreadty this season finished behind it once one of the few with c/d form could be one for in running leading from the stands side draw..could make all with so many unwilling to go on first time at track..

Drawn on farsiode ends up on stands rail,must be the unluckiest loser of all time,deliberately been following the midgley horses the other was the same price 16s last night decided to do just one per race today and his other beats it,plus the last time they ran over c/d against each other 1/2 l;ength seperated them but buccaneeres had the better draw..Kicking myself shouldv'e done it,or at least some forecasdts..

and only one win from 29 runs but most runs here have been good in better class races 2/8/2/4/4/3/9/2 most of those runs in the 70s.Last run over this c/d was back in july off 69 was 2nd in a 0-85,tomorrows race is only a 0-70 although prices are explained by poor turf form as well but would be a huge ew price on most of its aw runs off just 65 regular jock megan nicholls claiming another 5..

Another runner with loads of back class although rated 104 at one time hasn't win since 2016 has been with roger fell since april been slipping down the weughts was third at thirsk off 82 in a 0-90 another two poor runs got it down to 79 then made its debut at newcasstle finishing4th to testa rossa tried to make all and the finishers dominated.That race was run in a decent time,then reappeared in a slowkly run race where was held up only 5th both 0-85s,tomorropw runs in a classified stakes race for 0-75s again a few unexposed nothing in recent two seasons tells you he's going to win but would have decent ew chance on the testa rossa form,maybe more positve ride tomorrow.

Was turning into a cracking day,cantering elussive heights just as write up above went no pace and finishrs 4th shouldv'e won never mind unplaced a really nice ew multiple ruined cannot believe they did it again got beat last time because of pace then they do it again after front running previously in fast timethe multiple was already winning money as well. absolutely pathetic ride..The race was slow by 11 seconds it mustve been deliberate off that slow a pace...

Multiple returns profit lucky 15 42.50 or yankee and singles good for two places 50% profit ,was heading for a really good day till that hamilton ride shouldv'e won not even placing was obviously non trier i expected it to lead today no pace in race and drops it out,blatent..
 
Easter classic

Master the world 16/1 lads

Long way off the easter classic but master the world was very consistent last season on the aw at lingfield, four runs over the c/d won twice second and an unplaced beat victory bond in the november in the churchill stakes,won the winter derby and was runner upto victory bond in the corresponding easter classic.The same horses seem to turn up every year year and master of the world looks a banker to be running in all of them proved its first win was no fluke by winning the winter derby and two of its runs were in two of the quickest races run there last season.He is seven and exposed but these races as proven in the past the same horses run in them and you get similar results,the races are always open to new progressive types but bar the odd one you rarely see many,sometimes one will win a qualifier but then never seen again,he only went off 16/1 when he won the winter derby then 5/1 in the easter classic can't really see how prices can get any bigger even though didn't show much on the turf this season.
The one thing that looks guaranteed and that is he will be running in all these races through the season,so at worst he has decent ew chances,victory bond is entered as well but not totally guaranteed to run on the aw,also hasn't run since may so may have some long term niggle,he only needs to win one of these early races at lingfield or run well and these prices will be halved...

Amateur rider race simon walker on Tralee hills won by an easy 4 1/2ls last time out open to improvement even though steps into a slightly better race wasn't a penny for it last time out on debut in handicap so betting will be interesting as horses like mearing have very good form won last time out at chester in a 0-85 so big class dropper if the 3yr old handicap was anygood really is the form [pick on that race but drawn 20/20 one for firecasts at least similarly kinnapolis running in better races needs to prove it stays the 10fs another fir forecasts..
Silvery moon used to be different class to these did win at ponte over this trip last sesson off 80 and has now fallen to just 70 lowest since august 2011,this season has still shown retains some ability at 11 with a 2nd off 71 over a mile at ayr and a better fourth over a better trip at ayr 1m2fs in a 0-85,tomorrow drops back into a 0-75 ew chance even though poorly drawn..

25/1 acrioss the board looks a bit smelly to me in a race like that...looking at that betting it could be telling you stirms off in front so possibly still a little trade in running.

Graceful lady has some good form in better races than this ran well ladt time iout was staying on well in 1m6f race at notts in a 0-80 and was 5th in corresponding race last season off 75 only beaen 4ls that was a 0-75 tomorrow a 0-70..big turnaround in weights with fitzwilly for 3/4 of a lengt from last years race even though 6 pound higher than win earlier in season still decent eew chance if runs to most of its form..

It's not unusual won at chelmsford over the mile winning in a decent time quite easily,a slightly better race than tomorrows on paper at least it wouldn't surprise me if it went off odds on getting backed exclusively to the field after that win..looks the one to beat but there are others with a chance.Abushamah of ruth carrs very hard to predict but has some better aw form was 4th at newcastle off 69 in a 0-70 last season and a 5th off 70 at newcastle over 7fs only five runs on the aw and not a place but far better aw form than these if ran to those runs tomoorrow runs off judt 60 in a 0-60,worth a saver at 12/1 and maybe if no show then worth following at newcastle as decent form there..

Impossible to know how good these are and so lightkly raced a stoute horse one run with luke moprris catches the eye,angel alexander ran at york last time out behind broken wings beaten 2 1/2ls,the most interesting thing was the time was only .05 slower than the class 3 older handicap won on the card for horses rated upto 95..The ? is if going had changed much between races as rain apparentky fell although going was never changed there was an hour between the races and it means dascombe horse wouldv'e been 4th in that big handicap and carried more than the 5th rated 85..It does look a little suspect and tomorrow a a step upto 6fs but still worth seeing to find out...

3/1 365 and betfair,hopefully get something in running as long as it leads..

Hussar ballad won this race last season off 64 off same mark tomorrow a recent third at newcastle over 1m4fs shows still retains ability,probably tomorrows race is the wrong race rejuvenated yasir and calvinist both last time out winners who were capable of better than this grade and are still well handicapped even on last seasons form and that includes sprotual leader as well..Maybe some forecasts,hussar ballad could run well just think maybe a couple of pounds off would make a winning mark hasn't gone below last years win of 64 so hanmdicapper very slow getting him down..Another to follow that will pick up a race during aw season proper..

Impossible to know how good these are and so lightkly raced a stoute horse one run with luke moprris catches the eye,angel alexander ran at york last time out behind broken wings beaten 2 1/2ls,the most interesting thing was the time was only .05 slower than the class 3 older handicap won on the card for horses rated upto 95..The ? is if going had changed much between races as rain apparentky fell although going was never changed there was an hour between the races and it means dascombe horse wouldv'e been 4th in that big handicap and carried more than the 5th rated 85..It does look a little suspect and tomorrow a a step upto 6fs but still worth seeing to find out...

Hussar ballad won this race last season off 64 off same mark tomorrow a recent third at newcastle over 1m4fs shows still retains ability,probably tomorrows race is the wrong race rejuvenated yasir and calvinist both last time out winners who were capable of better than this grade and are still well handicapped even on last seasons form and that includes sprotual leader as well..Maybe some forecasts,hussar ballad could run well just think maybe a couple of pounds off would make a winning mark hasn't gone below last years win of 64 so hanmdicapper very slow getting him down..Another to follow that will pick up a race during aw season proper..

Another very consistent month ROI 117% WINNERS 10/1,9/2,25/1,11/1,6/1,7/2,7/2 but big difference lots of places as well,plus i reckon a few of the multis more than made up for the losing ones nice end to the month!!:ninja:

Only so many times you can back them,it won when i stopped betting itthe very next run i think,i had 2/3 in that race that i've backed recently as well so just left it alone
 
Yeah I know what you mean. He ran an honest race tonight though, looks like he will be a player on the all weather this winter.

It's not unusual won at chelmsford over the mile winning in a decent time quite easily,a slightly better race than tomorrows on paper at least it wouldn't surprise me if it went off odds on getting backed exclusively to the field after that win..looks the one to beat but there are others with a chance.Abushamah of ruth carrs very hard to predict but has some better aw form was 4th at newcastle off 69 in a 0-70 last season and a 5th off 70 at newcastle over 7fs only five runs on the aw and not a place but far better aw form than these if ran to those runs tomoorrow runs off judt 60 in a 0-60,worth a saver at 12/1 and maybe if no show then worth following at newcastle as decent form there..

And ends with forecast and tricast on the other three the four stood out a mile hudssat ballad just getting outstayed,been a great nights racing pity hussar hadn't hit the frame thought it needed a couple of pounds off,this is the beauty iof the aw there's always something else worth doing in the races,just waiting for divis did them with hussatr ballad and seperately....:cool:

Well done mate,thats what the write ups are for was a four horse race the obvious thing to do was that one seperately and and others wioth hussar ballad in,posted exactly same time there a cracking start to the month was im[ossible to lose on the race the tricasts with hussar in paid 4/1 and as you say 6 bets then 15/1 forecaets evens with hussar in and 4/1 without...Thats the beauty of aw racing and loads of deadwood,am sure a few others i know will have done that tricast pointless doing the write ups if you arent doing them or at leaet the firecasts,only problem is how they get bet fab was heavily baked but the winner drifted to a big price,better than trying to back three or four in a race...:rolleyes:

£24.82 forecsst 29 exacts tricast 103 trifecta only paid 63 but an not surprised on those three think the tricasts paid pretty well on those three blindingly obvious picks...almost cleaned up on that race hussar ballad was 5th beaten a nk for 4th never realized it was that close from wierd camera angle,3or 4 books were paying 4th had a load of those lately...

Am I right in thinking you prefer the aw to the turf? Is it just a question of the ground being easier to judge for you? Or do you hold racing purist views? Also have you any fancies for tomorrow in Newmarket? ;)
 
Had a couple of token bets in one race at kempton

Kempton 7.0

Family fortunes 12/1 ppower Kingston kurrajong sportsbook/ppower 16/1 14/1 skybet/365

Wouldn't be overly confident with either of these both inconsistent profiles hard to predict,family fortunes was rated 85 on the aw last season and has joined the michael madgwick stable was 3rd off 85 in a 0-85 last season when with sylvester kirk,hasn't been at best with new stable although was 5th to maypole in september just behind caisina di notte 5/1 tomorrow 7 pound better off runs off 75 tomorrow with claimer taking off 7 pound hasn't convinced that win is iminent but at least looks overpriced even on latest c/d run.
Kingston kurrajong very similar has beaten casina di notte earlier in the year winning off 77 but is 7 pound worse off with that runner for a length in theory can't beat it also recent runs havn't been great either huge drifter at windsor last time out, but has respectable c/d record at track would be a surprise winner but could run well is off 74 tomorrow and last two races won here off 75 and 77.Has run a few poor races here recently ran ok when 5th behind ledahim,think missing break and lack of pace beats him here and tomorrow only small field and can't see a lot of guaranteed pace in race again so would only be a tentative pick..

My accounts:rolleyes:,they aren't my accounts i have numerous multiples on with different firms and wouldn't even know prices till i checked up on them all,i just bet with as many accounts of others i can get on sometimes non:surrender: books aren't going to let me keep accounts going for longer than 2 weeks they havn't in 15 years bar the odd occasion..
