I think that's the plan anyway (...he is second favourite for the Gold Cup after all). I wouldn't be brimming with confidence today for AOA though. More than usual the AOB squad are needing to get a run in before starting to show their true form. And Harbinger already looks sharp enough...

O'Brien clearly thinks the same - horse is heading to The Curragh, Epsom then a break and back for Irish Champion, Arc and Breeders Cup. Sensible.

I think, depending on how hard a race he has at The Curragh next time, he could turn out quickly for the Coronation Cup and then put away until the International or Autumn.

I would hate to see him at Ascot - even for the King George.
