Say what you like about Findlay, but he was pretty fearless when it came to campaigning his horses. He's a loss to the sport in that regard.

I’d agree. Whatever you may think about him personally, people seem a bit too eager to jump on a bloke who put a lot of resources into the sport for our entertainment (as well as his own). I’d far rather have the likes of Finlay in the sport than pitiable wretches like Coward... Racing has shot itself in the foot yet again.
