SOLDIER OF FORTUNE has his first runner today, Fire Fighting in the Pontefract 7.20.

To refresh memories, Soldier Of Fortune won the Irish Derby in 2007 and the Coronation Stakes in 2008.
 
Hmmm he was a big lad, not sure he'd have been able to masquerade as a 3yo filly at 4 though!! ;) :D

DANDY MAN has two first-timers today, Salisbury 6.10 The Dandy Yank and Sandown 6.00 Dandeena.

In the Haydock 3.30 we have a bit of a mystery, there is very little info on the sire DISTANT PEAK (RP shows no racing record for him) but Network Perfection appears to be his first runner.

Network Perfection is his only named foal to date. Technically he isn't a true first-season sire as he had five registered foals in 2010 but none of them made the racecourse. He only has five 2011 foals registered to date too, so I think it's safe to say he won't be heading any numerical lists.
