I haven't posted on this forum for some time, but thank you for your kind wishes.

However, I'm afraid my birthday is turning out to be rather less than fun-packed, as I had a hernia operation yesterday, so more than a little sore! (What must having a baby be like?)

Looks as though I'm going to be back in harness just in time to miss Cheltenham, life is like that isn't it?!

But you must take it easy too - hernias are often lightly thought of but can take some serious TLC to recover from.
