A really good card tomorrow at Leopardstown.

2.55 Furners Green (Bet365 5/4)
3.25 Sharestan (Bet365 2/1)
4.00 Bulbul (Bet365 10/1) NAP

Desert Of Dreams in the opening 2yo maiden has been put in at 12/1 on the tissue. He's no 12/1 shot for all that the favourite Forester should win.

Just going through the Racing Post Irish Flat season pullout. I'd advise anyone who has it to take note of Gavin Lynch's "Dark Dozen to keep onside". He's an ubber judge of the formbook and I'd have a lot of respect for his opinion. I'd expect him to have plent if winners in that list.

Discovery Bay (Leop 5.35)

Run over 1m4f on his first start for Charlie Swan in January having run over shorter trips in Britain and has improved on each of his four runs at Dundalk. On his most recent start he was held up for a late run over 2m and won very snugly. He received a 7lb penalty for that win but must have a great chance of following up over 2m off 80 if the same tactics can be applied.

So far

5 runners
1 winner @ 11/4
1 second @ 7/1

Take the 11/2 Bulbul if you're not on already. When the Irish shops up at 11am it will disappear fast.

Did none of you spot the Derby winner making a successful debut at Dundalk tonight?

Perhaps more a St Leger type than a Derby horse, Galileo/Darshaan cross. Loads of stamina, Dosage index well below 1 and and a negative centre of distribution. Classic staying material. Nevertheless, I've seen sillier 33/1 bets.

Thanks for that, Slim.
Easy-picking money in the Place market at odds against.

I really didn't understand the money for the Kevin Prendergast horse Lucked Out this morning. A €9k gelding was not going to be winning a 2yo maiden at Leopardstown. Look out for Lucked Out in a maiden restricted by purchase price in Bellewstown in July.

Dodged a bullet with first winner-second time in 3 days I resisted the urge to lay a Ballydoyle odds on shot.
I don't like Sharestan in the 325 -having paid close attention to his wins at The Curragh he seems to have liked the opportunity to get going up the long straight.I'm no expert but I have to doubt if he will be as effective at Leopardstown.Lay and speculative place lay.

There is still some 3/1 on JP O'Brien winning the jockeys title with Stan James. Smash it up.

Christophe Soumillon and Johnny Murtagh both having a splendid day. That was a shocker.

Not so sure, i'd give Janey Muddles a squeak here. Caught my eye lto, she was minded. Possibly a prep for today. Possibly she's just not up to the grade. I'll take a chance on her.

Wrong race Hezz!

Apologies SlimChance, though you meant the 4.00. Anyway, i'm taking a small punt on Bolgers here anyway.
