I can't bring myself to admit I'm a Tallaght resident so my vote is down in Cork.
The Votes from Tallaght go straight through the ballot box into the Sewerage system. This country hasnt gone that bad yet....

Yes and I would say they have less than 5% margin for error. The 4/5 Gallagher first preference really is too big a price. Can I ask the forum members would you really take 10/11 on the ability of Irish public not to be stupid in a closed ballot?

For the last few general elections, RTÉ's exit polls have been very accurate. However, they release the GE exit polls the morning of the count, after sitting on them overnight.

Yes. I make it now 15-17% for McGuinness, with SG higher than my post above.
I think Norris and Mitchell will be close. Both around 6%
My tally of tallies was skewed by the fact that both Donegals and a Louth had tallied, which overcooked the SF vote.

Had McGuinness on 13% which they would have been disappointed with. That would have made me happy.

Has a television debate ever had so much impact on the final outcome of an election?
Was obviously a serious blunder by Gallagher, but I would have doubts with regards to some of the methodology of some of the polls.
As far as the media is concerned the Sunday Times and Sindo (no surprise) disgraced themselves in their coverage of this.
