I was a bit disapointed that Twice Over revesed form and it now seems impossible to dismiss the hard luck story he had at Royal Ascot.

I couldn't have RIP beating CC over a mile on a course where he wasn't at his best last year.

Neither could I. Canford would surely be priced up favourite in a Group 1 race at a mile against anything in training. I'd take 9/4 against all day on Canford against these.

I would much prefer to see RVW kept to 10f. He was superb yesterday and lovely attitude, but it really does look like his perfect distance

Is the arc really out of the question for him ?

Judged on yesterday no but it's highly unlikely he's going to turn up.
