WON 30/100F - MISTER POLICEMAN made it three out of four over fences with probably his best jumping performance to date. The small fences were probably a help in that regard. He never looks like a horse that will blow you away in terms of winning stylishly, but he does continue to get the job done. He might just be a horse that keeps a bit to himself and could well come into his own against better company.RP

Good-looking sort who got off the mark in a 5-runner novice at Carlisle (19.3f, heavy) 26 days ago, rallying to lead final 50 yds. Still has room for improvement in his jumping but remains unexposed on just his second handicap start. starstarstarstarstar
4th 3/1JF - Jagwar is likely capable of doing something from this mark if he learns to jump and settle better, errors at the final two flights finishing him off after being a bit choke out from the outset.RP

Achieved a useful level of form over hurdles and off the mark at the second attempt in this sphere at Ascot (16.7f, good) in December, albeit he was arguably a fortunate winner there (left in the lead 2 out). Ran poorly next time and stable form has to be a major player.
WON 5/1 -PERSIAN TIME rebounded from a poor run at Cheltenham on his last start and has given a boost to his yard which has endured a miserable time recently, notably at the Cheltenham Festival. He travelled into the race with purpose but a less than fluent jump at the last nearly cost him the race before he rallied gamely. He can build upon this and stepping up to 2m4f looks as if it will suit.
