Shanahans has put in nice performances from his first two runs of fences. Hopefully he continues to progress tomorrow.

Has looked like that for the last 14months- even when he won at the festival he didn't move the best.I think he needs two things -heavy ground and Cheltenham.

He hasn't been the same since he made that appalling mistake at Newbury in Nov 13 and then unseated next time out at Ascot after bad mistake. I felt he was rushed back on that occasion and his confidence seems to be shot to pieces. He may well be carrying an injury in which case I would be doing a whole body scan to see if there is anything lurking (- lets face it JP can afford it!). If nothing comes to light then its a mental problem and that is going to take a lot of getting right.
