Looking ahead to the NH season 2015/2016 proper

Willie Mullins stable tour in tomorrow's (Monday) RP and Nicky Henderson on Tuesday

Might be nice to have these stable tours on a separate thread, guys; for ease of access, you understand?

Sire De Grugy, God's Own, Third Intention, Vibrato Valtat, Court Minstrel and Dunraven Storm have been declared for Tuesday's Haldon Gold Cup at Exeter. The race was re-offered but there were no additional declarations.

Looks a pretty handy renewal, and I like the look of Vibrato Valtat on soft ground. The small field wil suit him, too.

Took 3/1 when prices came out. Similar to Apache Stronghold in that he'd have looked a lot better at Cheltenham if he'd been held onto longer instead of trying to keep tabs on the runaway winner.

You are a big fan of Apache Euro. What do yo think is his most realistic race target that he can win this year?

Ryanair I am guessing is your hope but do you see him winning any of the bigger Irish races?

In an average year he'd have a chance in the Lexus, but he's likely to run into at least two monsters in that race. There's a hole in the programme for the horse as there is nothing for him left handed over short of three miles. I've read he's heading for the John Durkan but 2m4 right handed isn't ideal.
