Prima Vista has been raised 15lbs for his facile success last week. It would be braver man than me that would lay him as big as 5/1 in this. Looking through the enteries he just sticks out like a sore thumb. If there is anything close to being as unexposed as him it will be news to me. Having said that after Majestic Concorde won a Paddy Power Chase off a massive weight I won't accuse Noel O'Brien off letting this one in lightly just yet!

Mainly dry for today, tomorrow and Thursday with frost at night. Through Thursday night and Friday there is a risk of snow showers. Remaining very cold over the weekend with a risk of sleet and snow showers.

Prima Vista
won very well last time but with this rise, the most likely thing is that he is beaten on Sunday.

There are plenty of horses high in the betting whos form are inter-twinned and do not look attractive or obvious picks off their current marks The exception to me would be Lancetto off 133 who goes best fresh but is ground dependant (wants good ground ideally). At 16/1 he is the only alternative I can find to the favourite.

The only thing I can see against Primo Vista is that the horses he beat last time weren't exactly well handicapped so its fair to say they themselves could be excused from losing. tijuana Dancer for instance was a beaten favourite the time before off 109...so the extra 4 carried wasn't helping behind PV

Not saying it can't win but it doesn't look like a handicap snip based just on that form..even without the rise in weights being added...with that weight rise i would be against it i think.

plenty of horses with a chance:

Foster Cross
New Phase
Whodoyuthink
Doctor dejay
Final Approach
Soma Slam
Capellanus
Asigh Pearl
Belord
Tijuana Dancer
Mubrook
Prima Vista

open race , with good level.

Rain or snow at times this morning and early afternoon. Further spell of rain this evening. Frost setting in tonight and remaining very cold for tomorrow, tomorrow night and Sunday with mainly dry conditions.

I liked the look of Lancetto earlier in the week, but with this rain we are having, I am going off him. I remember Prince of Fire winning his maiden last year at the course, ground was very testing that day. Despite being an eleven year old, Un hinged will love the conditions, another mud lover.

Why so Sunny? His presence next to a horses name on a racecard knocks a price or two off market price.
