Michael Jackson?

Should have read, DDDBM&T

Dave, Dee, Dozy, Beak, Mick & Tich a group who sang 'Bend it' in 1966

Brian does have a logical point.

As a law student, hoping to be a successful defence lawyer in a few years :D I am keen to learn about the strategy of "the best lawyers money can buy".

I have a suspicion that cases are not won on evidence but rather who performs better than who on the day.

"I don't reckon that you know any more than anyone else not involved in the case."
Of course I don't and in no way have i ever claimed otherwise. What makes you think differently? I do know that this is not the first, nor the second, occasion that allegations of this nature have been made, though. And that twice previously millions of dollars have changed hands.

Very true Phil but, as many on here will tell you, lawyers and jurors (unlike lie detectors) are 100% accurate.

Is it true that Michael Jackson's defence attourney, is the same one who got OJ off, and Stevie Wonder his driving licence back.

Don't think the White haired guy was working for OJ.

I remember watching it all.Fantastic,Compulsive viewing and very, very, entertaining.

I'm not sure that recalling the televized view of two bloodied bodies was that 'entertaining', though, Derek. Here's the whole problem with these high-profile cases: they are shown as entertainment, with channels vying for ratings and journos hoping to outwrite their competitors on coverage. "Butchered to make a Roman holiday", indeed.

After 29 years of being alive, I can confidently say I do not like the thought of someone murdering another human being.

To find it entertaining is just bizarre thinking in my opinion.

Fascinating - maybe (from an educational point of view I hope), entertaining - never.

I'm not nitpicking, I leave PDJ to do all that, I just think you used the word "entertaining" when you simply meant something else.

I aim to please....

The prosecution today got an admission from the brother that he had previously lied under oath.
MJ can now finalise his plans for his next world tour, no doubt to help pay for his defence.
Phil, surely watching this will spur you on knowing what money you can make
