Exactly my thoughts. Maybe he wasn’t lame and I’ve got confused with Mister Fisher. Still to bleed and do that though is impressive. Just have to look at the effect it has on other horses.

I suspect if connections could rewind time, they would have put him away for the year after that.

Lame and bled in the Supreme? That's the first I've ever seen or heard of that.
I've just done a quick search on RP & RTV to read the race comments and there is no mention of it.
Also just read Olly Murpy stable tours on a few different sites too, and not a mention of it there either?

Both Itchy Feet and Thomas Darby were noted as having finished lame in the Supreme, in the analysis section at least. Not so sure about their having bled.
