Pets At Halloween

I didn't realise it was a legal requirement to have an address/telephone number on a collar Tetley but my dogs have never been without said collar and number anyway.

That's an interesting theory Jules - I'm not so sure what percentage of collies are raised outdoors as working stock though nowadays as they are very popular pets. Mine was raised outside as a working dog though and is fine. I've always put it down to the fact that a lot of borders are neurotic or bordering on it, probably due in no small part to their high level of intelligence. Our first collie, Boot, was a complete headcase but we were novices at the getting a dog lark at them time (I was 10 and it was the first dog we'd owned as a family) and we later realised that he was the product of a Welsh puppy farm - something we would have been aware of at the time if we weren't so inexperienced.
