Does anyone have any horses in mind?

I've given myself a headache trying to work out where APOB will send his better 2yos.

Blackbeard (Coventry)
Little Big Bear (I'm leaning heavily Norfolk)
The Antarctic (half to Battash but didn't look like he couldn't get 6f on debut)

Only Dragon Symbol and he's entered in both the King's Stand and the Jubilee. He's better over 6 so would favour the longer race plus the KS will be hotter. He's moved yards which is a good thing but I wouldn't have chosen Varian if he were mine. 20s for the Jubilee is worth a bet - entered up at York.

Are there supplementary stages for the Commonwealth Cup, SJP and/or Jersey?

I'm getting big figures for Noble Truth but his only entry at the moment is the Irish Guineas and he isn't quoted for it.

Have you controlled for the Golden Highway?

New York City - Commonwealth Cup I'd imagine. He's got an entry at Newbury on Saturday, and that's been a good route in the past. General 14's, and 16's in a place could look a big price after the weekend.

Hannon's Persian Force in the Coventry at 8/1 will possibly go off favourite alongside whatever Aiden O'Brien sends. Blackbeard would be the most interesting if he's confirmed to be coming for the race. Tajalla I like as the value at 16/1.

That sounds like a very big price for NYC. Seems to have improved stones.

Top rated Austriian Sprinter Nature Strip is 12/1 to 6/1 for the Kings Stand

His stable companion Home Affairs also entered for both looks more likely to run in the Platinum

Pretty unlikely but if both run in the King Stand the worlds top female rider Jamie Kah would come in for the ride on Nature Strip
as regular jockey James McDonald would have to ride Home Affairs

I may be biased as I put Nature Strip up as a future champion right after his very first race but:-

Native Strip even at 6/1 is huge for the Kings Stand

You are telling me what I already know Slim..I have followed the horse since 2017 and follow Aussie racing do you?

Hills opened him at 12/1 back in Feb because they were convinced he will run in the Platinum.

They laid him at 8/1 last month. They fkced up because his trainer intends to run him in the Kings Stand and the Platinum if he hacks up in the former.

I'd love to see you try and get a 3 or 4 figure bet now anywhere at 6/1 for the King Stand.

As for Hills they are avoiding taking any more money for him by cutting him to 4/1.

Stable companion Home Affairs could also turn out for both races but that would mean James McDonald giving up the ride on Nature strip
He has ridden the horse more than 25 times and as Home Affairs has already been sold at an agreed stud price running in the King Stand is less important
either way Jamie Kay looks certain to ride Nature Strip in at least one of the races.

All said and done the trainer wont make up his mind until he arrives in the UK at the end of the month and sees how both have settled in.

As far as Golden Pal goes he is one scary dude. Nature Strip usually travels well then quickens entering the final furlong but this monster
Golden Pal takes off like an Elon Musk rocket and doesn't stop. It is sure to be a cracker

Probably the smart bet is to Dutch them.....100 quid wins you 140 quid

One of them is going to win the King Stand I'd bet my wife on it:lol:

Just wait until they are confirmed.

Search For A Song is 5/2 for the Yorkshire Cup. This is your last chance to get on Kyprios at 5/1 for the Ascot Gold Cup.

Alfred Munnings won nicely at Leopardstown tonight. He’s a Dubawi half brother to Snowfall so I imagine he could go for the Chesham.

Prince of Wales market looks interesting:
5/1 Shahryar, Lord North, Adayar
6/1 Mishriff
7/1 Mostahdaf
8/1 State of Rest
10/1 Sealiway
14s bar

The front three all look a bit meh. Presume Adayar goes for the Coronation Cup, I know nothing about the Jap horse and Lord North I've just never been a fan of plus he's old.

Is State of Rest going for this? He's in the pointless Group 1 at the Curragh on Guineas weekend. Sealiway is interesting at 10s - given his win last year over c/d you have to think this is his main target and he was ok in the Ganay with that in mind. Mishriff has a fair bit to prove as has the Hamdan thing.

At 6/1? He's certainly progressive and whilst on the face of it Foxes Tales let the form down at the weekend he just didn't look like he stayed. Gosden also has Lord North and Mishriff in it. Honestly I prefer State of Rest at bigger odds but not sure if this is the plan.

Cheers Outsider. I am curious to see if my tracker Natural Path gets entered at the meeting.

I see he is not in either the Wokingham or Royal Hunt Cup.

That only really leaves the Buckingham Palace Stakes Handicap over 7 furlongs on the third day as his possible entry at the meeting.

Let me know when you see the Buckingham Palace Stakes handicap entries.
