I don't think there is going to be an Attheraces Stable Stars competition this year, now that Attheraces is being taken over by Sky Sports.
My daughter won the first one, and got £10,000 for it, although she picked my brains every weekend to do it.
I need my 10 to follow fix, so I'll join you if that's ok?
 
I had an idea that might spice up the appetite for this even more, which would be a set fee of say five or ten pounds for each entry or list (costing £15 or £30 altogether) with the net total going to the winner, (or something along these lines). I'd be happy to pay. Thoughts anyone?

Don’t worry, DG, I’m sure there are others like me who won’t declare their hand until the last day. There could be injuries etc before the closing date.

As someone who plays for the glory, not the money, I’m happy with the present arrangements. Isn’t the convention that the winner donates the winnings to the Injured Jockeys’ Fund anyway?
 
I didn't know the winnings went to the Injured Jockeys Fund. Fair enough. I am not sure what the league (and rules) DG mentioned are either.
