I thought this was going to be a thread about the running of the 2nd horse in the 8:30 at Sandown.

Someone want to say what happened - I had backed Ted dolly so my attention was a bit focussed on the front 2 at the bend.

fair play to the linesman, he threw his life on the line by running out in front of the heard to pretect the injured horse on the floor.

Was the injured horse dead at the time or was it still being attended to? Looked a goner to me?
