On that ground, should've ran him in the big one.
No chance! On that ground, should've ran him in the big one.
Won't emd up a vintage renewal but winner far from all outHard to believe Il Est Francais is the same horse that stormed round Kempton last year in a monster time.
Very disappointing.
The winner did look brilliant but Heart Wood was second and he's only rated 159 so I'm wondering if the race rather fell in his lap.
Bob Olinger won well under a great ride at 8/1Bob olinger stayers hurdle 22/1
Has a very good record at Cheltenham
Personal Ambition 4.40 tomorrow 20/1
Was a decent hurdler and with a fast pace to aim at can come home in front.
All I am saying, the yard has been completely out of form. This has happened before, and then suddenly today at CheltenhamSorry I have not replied, it all becomes a bit hectic. I have had a couple of pints, but I will remember I need to be polite. But what do you all think regarding Henry de bromhead, the way his horses seem to suddenly come alive. Okay this can happen, but I don't buy this, it happens too often at the major meetings for my liking. Any thoughts ?
The Moore family did this for lifetimes and nobody gave it a thought.Sorry I have not replied, it all becomes a bit hectic. I have had a couple of pints, but I will remember I need to be polite. I know it goes on, but is it fair on the punter ? Not only do you have to work out the form and decide which horse has preformed the best. But your also asking the punter, to read the mind of the owner/trainer, as to know when they will allow their horses to preform at their best. The Moore family did this for lifetimes and nobody gave it a thought.
L'Escargot, Tied Cottage, Arctic Ale, Klairon Davies, Drumgora etc etc had very few wins apart from the big races.
As Paddy Mullins was wont to say, If you want to win a big pot be prepared to leave small pots behind.
It brings back the good ones year in, year out though. Envoi Allen, Bob Olinger etc
On the ground a chance, particularly if they don't go quick, a scenario today, that helped Bob Olinger.Does Banbridge get the trip in the big one tomorrow?
