The Missing Horses Thread

Sadly won't be at Thorpe but have a few friends going (mainly to back one in the finale I think).

From what I've been told it's a nice course and one I hope to visit at some point - would probably have gone to Cottenham myself as it's the same day and has Kicks For Free going for a hatrick of Ladies wins under Angela Rucker on the card.

Martin

Osako D'Airy is a pointer for the Ruckers, have you seen him about this year?

Can anyone chase down any news on Native Clan, ALT Moore's chaser who chased home Psycho in a chase at Fairyhouse last season? I backed him that day when chasing my losses after foolishly backing Head of the Posse on Irish Grand National Day.

And the winner of the rinky dink bumper on the same card Last Instalment looked very good that day, but hasn't been seen since.

Well?

I ate him with some Fava beans, and a well-chilled bottle of Chianti...

... oh, sorry! Wrong forum! I'm sure Irish Stamp will be back with an update. He is, verily, Mr Pointing.

Well the latter appears in a maiden today at Navan, and is tipped up by Flame.

What became of the grey gelding by FASLIYEV, CAV OKAY? With Hannon, pushed as a 2 y.o. with seven runs twixt April and August (a good start of 122), then some outings in 2007, with nothing since November of that year. He'd be 7 now, if still alive. Nice wee fellow but subjected to the usual hard youngster campaign the yard is famous/infamous for (delete as per preference).

What has happened to Arvika legionare?, have him in my ten to follow as a potential arkle horse.

all I can say is what racing post said - slight setback, out for season, needs more time; injury only minor; or what mullins calls a minor injury...

Maybe we could create a thread for all of those horses that we wonder if we will ever see again.

For instance, what ever happened to de Valira?

De Valira runs in the 9.05 Leopardstown later on today which is a 1m 6f maiden! He is now 9 and trained by James Morrissey. He has a chance you know!
