Weirdest Thing About You?

I can't stand brush sounds. Soft brushes I can cope with but the sound of someone brushing a concrete floor with a hard brush sends shivers down my spine. And as for toothbrushing-even the thought of the sound makes me squirm. Funnily enough though, brushing my own teeth doesn't bother me in the slightest.

i cant stand the sound of a heart beating, you know that baddum, baddum sound you hear in a a film when something signifigant is going to happen,

Polystyrene andany noises that comes with it. Makes me want to scream. And be rather sick.

Weirdest thing about me.........I shoot guns. It's bizarre for a girl at 22 to decide they are passionate about guns and ammunition, and spend their friday nights practising in their shooting gear, than out partying at the local bars and clubs.

However in saying this, several women I have spoken too, whom don't shoot actually want to shoot now........

I hold the record in a hotel I worked in for jerking off in the most rooms/places of work i.e cold rooms, toliets, staff toilets etc. I also get off when women say certain words.

I regularly have tea drinking competitions with my little brother. We were on a lads' weekend a few years ago in Glasgow, and we woke up around ten. We spent the next two hours consuming nothing but tea in the hotel, to see who would be the first to wilt. I won after he buckled on his seventh cup of tea.

You'd have been ideal for this piece of scientific research...

Did they go blind?

I put fake brick wallpaper over a real brick wall, just so I'd be the only one who knew. When people come over I'm going say, "Go ahead, touch it...it feels real."

I have a thing about books & papers - I like to read a paper that is pristine, not wrinkled up, torn or with the pages not level. Weird I know - but the strangest thing is that one of my colleagues is exactly the same & everyone takes the piss out of him for it! I keep quiet while he insists on being first in, ferreting through the pile of Racing Posts when they come in, picking out the two most pristine copies for the pair of us!

I'm pretty much the same with books - when I read them I like to keep them as pristine as possible & try not to get too many bends & creases into the cover - & I cringe when I lend my books to people & they give them back all scrumpled, with the cover bent all over the place! Even worse is when they come back with food or drink & stuff on the pages....

Just reminded me Dom. I hate it when people leave the paper inside out, with the front cover somewhere in the middle - so annoying.
Always happens at home :(

A friend of a friend used to say women were the biggest culprits at this and, on finding a paper in such a state, would comment "this paper has been womanised".

No quite as precious as Don about it but I do think one of the best, most simple pleasures is opening that new book - just the look, feel and best of all, smell of those pristine pages!!

Sort of along the lines of the smell of new-mown spring grass and really fresh, outside dried laundry...
