Good luck today

1.40 Catterick-Cool Sky

1pt Win @ 9-2 [William Hill] BOG & 2pts Place @ Betfair Sp

Be shocked if this horse not in the first three

Mick Appleby and Andrew Mullen are worth following when they team up at Southwell between November and March, 10-32. However, that improves when the horse in is class 5 or 6 and is in the first four of the betting to 10-22. Their record this season so far reads; 41128131. They team up with Arabian Flight in the 12.30 and Ivy Port in the 1.00.

Both are fancied to run well.

2.30 Southwell Hannah's Turn

recorded a speed figure of 85 on my calcs last time she ran here..runs off 75 here... does drop back to 5f..has won over that trip here and on her last run here would win a 4f race

Spitfire who finished 2nd then has also won since in a fast time and everything points to Hannahs being a genuine 80 plusser at Southwell.

The Wolverhampton run was never an issue and has made her a better price here as would have been odds on here without that

On all known form this looked a cert prior to the race. Don't know why I bother betting on this low grade bollocks sometimes.

Southwell 3.00 Busy Bimbo W&P @ 16.0/3.35 ( 3 places)

Desperate race and I was interested in jillywinks but not at current price.

Busy Bimbo is moderate but never tried on this surface which is surprising as these types can surprise you on this surface. She may possibly only need to run to her "bad" form to get in the three.

I GOT POWER 3.10 CATTERICK

Keith Reveley has targeted this Catterick meeting for the last three years as a means to get his Christmas expenses. He has saddled 21 runners with 8 winning. However, that improves dramatically at singles figure odds to 7-10 returning the following figures; 161131112.

He has two runners today, Whichwaytobougie who was green as grass on his debut in a bumper last month and is probably going to go off at double figure odds.

I Got Power runs in the bumper, a race that Reveley won in 2011 and saddled the second last year. I Got Power was second to Secrete Stream in a Kelso bumper in April who run with credit on his hurdling debut and it looks like I Got Power is the one for Reveley today with James Reveley riding.

Drifting like a barge - if he's backing this to fund Xmas he's keeping it well hidden!

I got excited when she went from 1000.0 to 8.0 in running but just lost too much ground early on, although I did expect her to snatch third and not finish 4th.

She didn't win but I don't think it's the class of race was an issue at all. She did look the possess plenty of speed but the winner is also quick and untried on the track. The 2nd was also well treated off her old form, so I don't think it's a total disaster, even though I did back HT. I would have laid it back if I'd known the price, but I'm sure she will win again at the track.

Described by David Evans as the best he's got after winning at Wolves a month ago, Forest Edge (2.30L) went on to win cosily over a distance probably short of his best lto at Lingfield.
Further improvement can be expected back at this trip, and though he has a tricky draw to overcome, the acceleration he showed to get out of trouble on his latest outing should see him home comfortably.

Reprise tomorrow (fogged off last week) and much the same obtains, though from a better draw.

ACCORDING TO TREV 12.40 NEWBURY
According To Trev was a far better hurdler than all of these and has an excellent third to Twirling Magnet and Pantxoa in a better race than this two runs back to suggest he can take this today. Nigel Twiston Davies is 3-6 in this race and McCoy is 8-20 for the yard and a rare booking as he hasn’t ridden for NTD since February 2012.

ISHIKAWA 3.10 LINGFIELD
Ishikawa drops in class and races over a course and distance he is 2-3 and was second on the losing start. He was 5ls behind Solar Deity in a 0-100 last time and the form is rock solid. The winner just failed to pick up a 0-105 off 7lbs higher. The second placed in a 0-100 and the sixth has won a 0-95. Ishikawa is 1-3 in 0-80 on the all weather, the race is a 0-85 but in reality it is 0-80. He is 5lbs higher than his winning mark at Wolverhampton in March but has shown he is capable of winning off todays. Burke has won with 3 of his last 5 runners and with Martin Harley booked Ishikawa might take a bit of beating. The ratings suggest he will.

Hate putting short one up but Aspirant @ 3.05 looks a decent bet even if it's a seller.

stable pushing above it's weight at the moment, jockey can't do much wrong at the moment and the the horse he reopposses is making the market on the basis it was"unlucky" lto.

Stable paid relatively "big money" for this so looks like they want to milk it in sellers.

6.30 Kempton-Atalanta Bay

1pt Win @ 9-2 [Bet Victor] BOG & 2pts Place @ Betfair Sp

Unexposed still over this CD

KEMP 7:30 GO FAR 9/1 EW

Firmdecisions, Triple Chocolate, Lucky Di and Aye Aye Skipper all have tricky draws to overcome. Go Far could well improve a little on LTO run as that was after a lay off. However, strictly on the figures it wouldn't really need to. 7F looks more it's trip and claimer taking 5 off as well.

Gracious George is dropping in class and rates a danger.

Byroness rates a danger, but HCPer might just have it's measure.

Bapak Muda could run better than odds suggest, and rates a small danger.

Eastern Dragon was perhaps a little fortunate LTO and is up 3lbs.

Emperor Julius has to overcome a lay off, and would need to improve on it's clockings to date.

Broughtons Charm might find things tough off 74 as the 7F race it won at Lingfield was run to suit closers.

Repetition is worthy of some respect with yard in form.

Al Raqeeb not going as well for this yard, but could be thereabouts.

why give reasons for not betting the other runners and not give a reason for your selection?

K 5.30 Bint Alzain looks worth a small punt at 30 ish.

Low mark bacck at fav track and drops to a suitable trip.

Why come on a forum when you've got nothing constructive to say?

Brainless, classless idiot. If, as I'm sure you have, you've been following this thread, you will have noted that Chris has put up some first-class, well-reasoned, winning selections. Where are yours?

Run along back to Betfair, there's a good boy.

Slaughtered.

Kem 6.00 Speechday @ 20.0

I'm hoping the market is over reacting to this being the 2nd string. The losing stable jock is at the track, so a possitive Atzeni is on board and trainer got a Kodiak winner yesterday.

Another small bet.

Which part of the above didn't you understand?

Just ignore him, he's a troll, nothing more. Look at his recent posts, easy to see. Now on my ignore list, it's that easy. :)

I'm guessing Lingfield was riding on the fast side when he ran lto on first run for new trainer. Even so, 46.0 looks a big price to me.

Backed it with savers on Lucky Di and Go Far.

Good luck
