What are you watching

BBC4 have are showing lots of Thomas Hardy documentaries and adaptations which will keep me occupied for a while, especially as I’m avoiding all news programmes ( and probably will continue to do so for the next 4 years). I haven’t seen The Mayor of Casterbridge or Wessex Tales before so will watch them before bracing myself to rewatch Tess of the d’Urbevilles which I absolutely love even though I well up just thinking about it. I used to live in Boscastle in my hippie days and used to walk along the Valency Valley where Hardy met his first wife, Emma and I used to imagine them walking there.

I'm watching a documentary called Hitler's Gold. Just listened to a description of him saying he voiced his opinions as if they were incontrovertible truth.

Sounds like a good percentage of people on here (and the internet in general)!! 😁
