I think he'll want further than 2m next season - those in behind will be running in handicaps.

Not really. Jonjo was probably lining it up for some handicap plot, then realised it might actually be quite good. See Exotic Dancer for further references.

Backed Pepite Rose, as I thought it was a bad race. Not as bad as I feared, as the Top 3 have all shown potential to be Grade 1 horses.
