I didn't think Josses Hill was all that impressive. He didn't jump at all well, and was off the bridle earlier than Channon's horse.

I think he'll want further than 2m next season - those in behind will be running in handicaps.

He'll be a far better jumper of a fence.
 
Fine performance
Hard to believe its the same horse I saw defeated at Carlisle in November where he fiddled his way round and didn't look like he enjoyed it at all.

Not really. Jonjo was probably lining it up for some handicap plot, then realised it might actually be quite good. See Exotic Dancer for further references.
 
Such a poor race but at least it was won by a horse with top level ability....albeit with flaws...
