Irish Stamp is spot on. Fallon and Carberry have a history of controversy related to drinking, so when Carberry failed a breathaliser it's bound to be newsworthy.
Fallon and Carberry both have a track record of controversy - Hills (nor Mick Darcy who failed a drink test earlier this month) have the same track record.
EC1-where did you read about Mhilu being sold for 800 -seems very cheap.
Next time Hills fails a breath test i'll wait for the fanfare then......

Closed accounts and immediate refunds – why Curley's full jackpot remains unpaid
Can't stand the man but it's ridiculous that the firms aren't paying out!
If the BHA bothered to do something about the blatant skullduggery then fair enough but they haven't.
What skullduggery?

So Agapanthus ran on it's merits on it's 6 runs prior to winning at Brighton?
most of those that won other week hadn't run for a while..is every trainer a cheat that wins with a horse after a long while off?
No but most trainers don't run four horses on a day which haven't been sighted with a telescope in their last few runs and pop them all in multiple bets and back them into oblivion.
Sure plenty of trainers use questionable handicapping methods and I'd happily criticise them all and have done.
The "owner pays the bills so is entitled to inside info" line is such bollocks. In no other sport would you get away with that mentality.
