Complicit#

Another very quick time at lingfield 2yr old track record but probably a bit misleading as mentioned last week tracks quicker than ever.Complicit did win this race cheekily so the time still looks very good only 3 runs with improvement on top should take a lot of beating with listed races later in the season!

Ecore d'or

Half brother to eqwuiano and evita [peron nice aw debut and the best 2yr old run on the clock at wolves by some way but also in a canter. He would really interest me through the aw season if carrys on running as tonights time was only .01 slower than realize last night over the same c/d off 75 for older horses.Hardly any decent 2yr old aw form,if he switches back to turf then obviously becomes less interesting as the 2yr old races he will be competing in will be very decent in saying that he could well be underestimated as on this run could still be a massive improver...

Fligaz
Magical daze

This race looked like it had some suspect form from the market leaders and so it proved, but the finishing time of the winner was only .34 slower than the winner of the older handicap class 3 on the card. The winner had been given an rpr of 56 after debut today beat a horse with an rpr off 77 so the reviosed m,ark will be really interesting for nurseries.Similarly the third was debut run so well may well improve to the level of the winner and again worth looking out for in future nurseries as would be given a very nice mark.Even the second maybe worth looking out for nusery wiose looking at weight conceded but will probably stick with just mentioned as martin meads could well be overpriced and similarly Sylvester kirk.Worth checking out revised marks for these when entered up..

Suzis conoisseur

Has been on to follows since last season after the musselburugh race, won a couple of races after and has steadily crept up the weights onto a mark of 98.
That mark would appear a little to high, but has contested some really hot hanbdicaps and has even off current mark looking like winning another race.He has caught the eye the last thre runs all races running on strongly, todaty was on out of field virtually only runner making up ground,he was pushed over to far side losing numerous lengths then badly hampered.Everyone was watching the unlucky run of the runner up in the race and he went ignored he would've been involved in the finish, after this run although will be in ultra competitive races he may just be a bit more value. He's still only had 14 lifetime runs and you could argue maybe slightly improving he could pick up a nioce race before the end of the season..

Steelriver

A very fast time on the clock, havn't looked at sectionals as rarely do you would have to say this time must surely flatter a 75 rated exposed horse but to be fair the horse has still only had 8 lifetime runs on the awand he now looks a 7f specialist. He won this quite cheekily in the end so the times are going to be very interesting over the next few week in comparison,he's going to get a 10 pound bump for this and that will set the benchmark at wolves over 7fs,only two weeks ago these horses were running 1 1/2 seconds slower so the times are slightly dubious but breaking 1m27 and with a bit in hand he's still interesting back over the c/d.Plucky dip may well win again got stopped a couple of times, impossible to tell how much better he was than this run probably 2-3ls better than finishing result again will be interesting to see if he can frank the form and time of race.

It's taboo

An appauling race, where it's taboo looked to have the race won before even hitting the straight but hard to tell if horse was just very unlucky or whether he's a bit of a dodgepot and may not have gone through with his effort anyway.H e was rated 71 last season, has now dropped to a mark of 50 on the aw if he was as unlucky as it appeared then there is a possibility of him not just winning but putting togetgher a sequence of wins,he's also seemed versatile over 7fs and a mile so in these low grade races you may just see him trying a variety of trips. He might get overpriced next time out,as although he didn't go unnoticed these lower grade races usually get forgotten about and ignored so there maybe some value still.

Three gracez

A very weak race but the time was very respectable for such a low grade race, the 57 rated winner always looked the winner and the filly had only the 3 runs the time was .79 quicker than the first div these two winners will be on the same mark nrxt time out so the filly looks good value for at least another win and she is open to plenty of improvement.
The tracks been running extremely quick even taking that into account she won with a bit in hand and a mark of 64/65 will still look well in she travelled well and lingfield may also suit, the 7fs looks her ideal trip also..

Rydan

Probably one of the most impressive winners seen at Kempton and backed up by the time which is probably in the top 5/6 fastest times ever run there, hacking up at finish and also very keen throughout the race.Rydan was only rated 86 in this race, the marks will be pretty immaterial if he improves as he looks an out and out aw horse he will be back here contesting all the big prizes throughout the winter.Looking to the future could be a breeders cup horse...
The actual track record was set by irish flame in November 2011 in a time of 2m 16.98 irish flame rated 110 on the aw and 110 on the turf,a time that rydan looked like he could've bettered in a better quality race...

Easter cup april 5th 20/1 corals
A long way off but could easily be a group horse on this run alone even the form of the above has worked out well with ragged robin running on to be nearest finish in tonights class 3 first runner out of that race, visually and on the clock looks one of the nicer horses to be seen over the last couple of seasons with lots of potential.Would be amazed if he isn't better than current revised mark of 97 and the 20/1 looks value evben in such a hot race!!

Doc hay
Hoofalong

Doc hay joined the Ellison stable in may from the O'Meara stable to then be claimed back again in a Wolverhampton claimer 3 months later by the original stable, his last run was pointing to him hitting form on ground that was too quick behind one chance. He was on lowest mark since November 2011 today winning by 1/2l but actually looking different class to these at finish after giving them a 5l start another furlong probably would've won 4-5ls,he was rated 103 last season so remains interesting for the remainder of the season, did win off a 100 seoptember 2013 that's how well handicapped he is.He's entered both Friday and satrday and looks a certainty to run in this form on either day although those races will be highly competitive they wil be full of exposed handicappers and not to many well handicapped or many improvers.
Hoofalong I put up last season he won one race after but was very disappointing as he looks like he has loads of ability but rarelty shows it,today he came from as far back as doc hay he should be winning these grade races he ent without headgear today and ran well which maybe now be a positive he also was staying on strongly over this stiff 5fs on soft ground so maybe now he will be running over 5f and 6fs and although not one to take short prices this maybe a turnaround in his profile and a bit more consistency.

Lyfka

At first this looks false form but the clock suggests not by the 9l winner, the 2yr old showing massive improvement winning off 66 but one of the quickest times of the season and yet only rated 66 the handicap was .86 faster than the maiden,1.69 seconds faster than the 2nd div of this race also 1.37 seconds faster than methally winning the older handicap and only just .37 slower than Amadeus wolfe tone winning off 85 in the class 4 for older horses. Some lovely comparisons on the card and although will get a massive hike even on these times if he repeats the the form looks an 85 horse with maybe more improvement, his new mark will be interesting..

yes a whopping figure for that level

i find it no coincidence that one of Cole horse's can throw a figure like this in whilst his other horses are running so well..he has 4 running today..this performance augurs well for those to possibly run above themselves

Nice performance from winner, drawn widest and coverung more ground abnd winning cheekily at finish, the time of the race only .25 slower than Amadeus wolfe tone rated 85 in claimer and .39 slower than verse of love rated 82.The times were comparatively good for an insignificant maiden at chepstoe, this race was also quicker than the following 3 yr old maiden as well. The runner up king jerry had an rpr of 68 so the winner should get a nice opening mark to exploit nurseries of which I would imagine will only be around 74...Probably worth mentioning the third chain of daisies she also could be worth looking at now in nurseries as she may only be rated in low 60s...

Jamaican bolt
Evens stevens

Go far is progressing,he did well to win off 9 pound higher mark after being near the pace where the pace horses dropped away due to the overly quick pace set by evens stevens.Long waited was a fully 6ls opff the pace with 2 furlongs to go huge eyecatcher,go far still doing well to beast horse that looked to be cantering they may well both win again in near future.
Jamaican bolt has been disappointing Geoff oldroyd must've thought he had a potential listed class horse at least October 2012 when he split jack dexter now related 111 and mass rally now rated 105 a very hot race full of progressive sprinters.Jamaican bolt has not won a race since his form has regressed although he doesn't get right conditions to often still only 19 runs as 6yr old so potentially you could say he could still get back to that form.
When he has got his conditions he hasn't run well in weaker races and usually gets bet straight away, yesterday he ran well on griund that would've been to quick he's on lowest mark since his last win in September 2012.I have been avoiding him this season but as he's run well on ground he doesn't like against two well handicapped types then will give him a few chances through the autumn.
Evens stevens will also be interesting when he gets softer ground,he set blistering pace and still beat half the field wheras others that were up with pace dropped away.He looks ;ike being aimed at the catterick dash in October was 3rd off 81 in 2012 and won it last season off 86 he's currebntly off 86,i presume a few more runs on turf his mark will drop on quicker ground then he could be a nice bet on softer ground..

Tayma

A decent pace producing a decent time, although the winner real jazz doesn't give the form a strong look will give it for now the benefit of the doubt as could still be imprioving, this was the quickest time this season run over this trip and the fact evacusafe lady had run respectable times in her grade and was beaten 6ls gives the form a bit of substance. Also saltwater creek had some reasonable form back in 5th as well but just the fact the runner up tayma only rated 63 and runnijg this time even if form isn't as strong as first appears she still looks nicely handicapped with pronbably a couple of pound rise which will keeop her in very weak races, especially against own aged group unfortunatelt trained by sbs and probably won't be great prices on next runs but over this c/d there should be at least a win or two in her and she only has the 4 lifetime runs..

Pipers note

Incredible performance by steel river not just winning but looking different class to these probably one of the most impressive winners on the aw this season and when you think he was rated just 69 on the 27th of september he sluices up here off 87 and looked like a 100 horse all under new trainer Michael; herrington. The previous run when he won at wolves over 7fs was a massive pointer as he was on to follows fastest time I could remember a 75 horse winning at wolves but in doing so hacked up,the form tonight looks similarly strong yet another cracking time 1m10.94 and the ease he won looks like he will be going into listed races for the rest of the aw season. The runner up had won 4/13 races on the turf was first run on the aw tonioght and has been progressing through the season looks to be improving so would think will be running also throughout the aw season. There was a further 2 1/4ls back to the third secondo also lightly raced so the form not just backed up by the time but with runners and distances in behind.

Hacking up by 6ls spinning cobblers and drifting over to near side rail after making all on farside the time was pretty decent 1m25.16 for a horse just rated 50 hadn't shown a lot previously although has only had 8 lifetime runs, will get a probable 12 pound rise for this but he has to go on to follows after this run on the time alone. Will be interesting to see if he can follow this up,he should run well at lingfield as well seeing as he veered over 3fs out he may have a little more to come..

Yet another nice filly this season,i was going to sto adding on 2yr olds but looking at recent listed races and group 3s I think the formlines although working out to a certain degree are pretty weak bar the 5/6 outstanding 2 yr olds so there should be some stronger 2 yr olds to come.
This fill winning by 10ls on debut the time of the race was over a second quicker than the following 3yr old maiden winner debutant and also .90 quicker than serenity spa rated 76 winning the older handicap.I was raining through the afternoon but she must be surely listed class at least as one of the best debut times of the season and as mentioned the listed races as looking ver weak, plus she's proven on soft ground for the autumn..

1/2 Last night,i went back to those races at warwick last nigtht and as mentioned above was a second quicker than the 3yr old maiden that day, that maiden winner turned out to be caffeine now rated 92 so the debut form looked even looks better now...my other to follows filgaz filled the fcast spot as well....

Dungannons always on my to follows I never take him off and he raises his level of form as soon as he gets his ground, the season has finished now but just worth pointing out how good this run was he was nearer last place with steps half way through the race,to win from that position produced a lifetime best as the next 4 places were filled by horses that were up wuith the pace throughout. The form looks even more solid when you see steps coming from similar position and finishing 7th and he had been contesting listed and even group races and similarly golden steps even further back finishing 6th already on my to follows and next season could still yet step up in class and progress to listed or group level. It maybe worth watching out for these three over the last couple of weeks of the season on this form,it just looks very solid form for these three against what might have been a pace bias looking at the overall result..

Docs legacy

This race tonight had a suspect look to it for the class with no decent speedfigures over the trip on the aw and docs legacy showed this to be true although in doing so ran far beyond his winning mark of just 85,winning going away.Wouldv'e been impossible to back before the race just looked a mid 80s horse on turf but was only 5th ever lifetime run on the aw,was well beaten on aw run here previously but led that race 4fs out, nothings winning from the front at wolves not even over shorter trips but tonight was left late and was by far the best in the race.It was all backed up by the fastest time at the track this season 1m57.15 if he continues improving on the aw like this he could well be running in some of the listed races as the season goes on even off revised mark is going to look really well in,the time might've been slightly flattering as realize also clocked the fastest 6f time this season in the claimer but hard to knock such a convincing win..
