This race looks like following iover a cliff only .04 slower than ektihaam winning the listed race from Thomas Chippendale by 6ls winner rated 111 runner up 112.The listed race was run at a nice pace certainly not uneven suggesting the handicap is very strong form for the grade.Just looking at the first six home it looks even better when you look at their profiles most of them bar the rinner up have only had 5/6 runs and some were coming off long lay offs.Should be some nice value floating around from this race especially when you get further down the field to horses like mexicali trained by ivory which will undoubtedly be overlooked. The fact the first 6 home are also open to improvement makes it eve more interesting not just the time of the race

Not knocking you Andy but this isn't a kaboom. It's lost 8 races since you put it up. You could choose a random placed horse in any race and it'd probably win one of its next 8.

Your picks are awesome but it's fine to get one wrong every now and again.

All about prices 14s on right handed track on same ground as ascot never even backed the second as thought ground would be to quick.!Hey colin trying to be a smart arse with snide remarks there's been about a dozen horses on here in the last 2 weeks that have won I havn't even mentioned. And yes I do avoid a lot of the losers because I know what prices to back at,you got any other great contributions to make on the thread. The threads 1000s of points infront and allfor free and just churns out winner after winner and not just that but I know its going to that's why I go to the effort of putting it all on here!!!!

Oh so sassy

Oh so sassy was beaten 5ls on seasonal debut over tomorrows c/d on fast ground, the time of that race was 1.73 seconds quicker than the handicap on the card won by whisky bravo off 65.That suggests that the 3yr old race was pretty quick for the runners in that race,oh so sassy eased with a furlong to go ridden with handicvaps in mind. The third harbour captain has since come out and won off 60 sluicing up by 3 3/4ls,tomorrow oh so sassys off 61 and open to improvement on only fourth run for chris wall as long as the ground stays quick could fight out the finish with free island.

That was yesterdays bet, another heavily backed but as seems the norm the ground was nothing like when he ran on penultimate run yesterdays ground verging on gd/gdssft.As he's only rated 61 and the previous race behind khelman has worked out well i'll give him a couple of chances back on genuine fast ground.

A year old and that's 3/4 since put up,clocked up to great times over 5fs at Kempton and lingfield ;)

you get few of those pastoral pursuits that are good ones, remember that winning september 2013, didnt make my list back then, because thought the name was familiar at the time, was right, its clone of oh so spicy unreal. WD

Havn't seen much in the way of decent 2yr olds so this race maybe decent, the field nicely spread out at finish with winner and nearest finish runner up going away from the field. The winner only filly in the field so gives the result a bit more interest and the third entered in derby looking to need further.Looking at last years times over these two days, this time compated favourably as well and although the ground may have been a touvh quicker today was still goodish ground. The time of the race only 1.44 seconds slower than sole powers win, which is good for debutants, may not turn out to be the best but at least short term pretty sure there wil be some top class sprinters in the race!!

Red primo
Incurs four faults

Hopefully this race will get underestimated and the winner and second may end up well handicapped the runner up only rated 39 after three runs showing nothing. The winner was impressive on debut and could've won by a far greater distance, the following handicap won by klynch was only .35 quicker klynch off lowest mark since june 2011 so looked extremely well handicapped off 75 and adding more substance to the maiden time. The marks of the winner and runner up in the maiden are going to be very interesting the second equally as only rated 39 tried to make all passed by winner 2fs out but then again really picking up again at finish.
Incurs four faults is bred for further as well so can only improve with step up in trip and with their following marks likely to be underestimated they could also be worth following onto the turf.To look at first glance the form looks very weak and hopefully that will reflected in prices,it looks a classic race where the handicapper cannot be to harsh and might get caught out!!

Perfect blossom

Missed this the firs time round when Silvanus was a big eyecatcher in the same race and equally unlucky in running was perfect blossom. She was rated 91 2011 has been with kevin ryan and ian Mciness now with alan berry and has been on the downgrade since winning off 78 September 2012.She has run twice since this run a similar run at riopon gettingleft with too much to do and then a decent third at ayr to equitania. She's now fallen to a mark of 76 lowest mark since july 2010,wouldn't want to be backing her at short prices with this trainer but that's three decent runs and worth a few small bets.

Visually this looked like a group horse to me,whether the form is up to much is hard to weigh up,champoinship in second has become disappointing and the third won a Kempton maiden by 5ls on debut. The field at finish strung out, regiment was 13ls behind and had some solid habndicap form but not entirely convinced by this field.I just like the way martin Harley let him travel into the race,he looked to have a tonne in hand at finish looked different class to these and with only 4 runs although not yet backed up by form or the clock he looks one to follow. He may just be a group horse.

An interesting sprint and think it will throw up plenty of winners, the time of this race was .65 slower than the previous days 2yr old race run there but the ground was a lot slower so comparituively these could be different class. The previous nights class 2 3yr old handicap was only .03 slower than todays Victoria cup and although that race was reasonable they were pretty exposed 3yr olds the time difference only .03 between them and the 102 rated progressive gabriels lad.The other races also on the card showing how the ground had gone from good to good/sft through the day, backing up the 5f race times.
The winner moonraker was the only runner to go with the pace and finish in the first 5 the next four all finishers so even better performance, although the haggas horse mubtaghaa had to be switched wide so the looked of comparative ability. Some lovely pedigress the winner related to group therapy, half brother bungle in the jungle 108,muarrab 113 and waveband.Winslow staying on at finish us pedigree half brother breders cup juvenile new years day 118,dam 113 and the 4th was an eyecatcher not getting clear run the hannon second string slightly better than this run as stopped in run.To add a bit more substance to the form, the paco kid was easily brushed aside in 6th betaen over 7ls and he had been 4th to kasb on debut in newbury race that has already thrown up 3 winners and unlucky loser in kibaar. This maiden along with last weeks at Newmarket look the best 2yr old seen so far by some way!!!

Home of the brave

Probably not a great maiden although winner looked different class and will probably be contesting listed races minimum, the runner up hugo palmers home of the brave as the winner drawn wide was a big huge eyecatcher under hand's n heels and could yet prove higher grade himself.Another out of star spangled banner already two winners at ascot this sesson he looks massive improver although probably won't be great value will be interesting to see progression. There were several other good debuts, one from the channon and muir stable the muir horse again drawn wide they look like winning races could be decent handicappers at least and worth noting. The time of this race was .49 quicker than the 73 rated 3yr old in following maiden so for horses in the maiden on debut can be quite positive with lots of improvement to come from the three mentioned.
Hopefully the cox horse on second run, showed loads of pace till being outclassed and eased art finish will get decent marks in handicaps and one for nurserys as also ran quicker than the 73 rated maiden winner so will be looking at that mark closely. One further back in the field which maybe the real value pixeleen travelled well in race was never goiong to win but was ridden with nurserys in mind and could be thrown in on future marks with two runs already down the fioeld. He came home under hands n' heels as well..

Both Jane's Memory and Preciously (write up 10th June) are engaged at Chantilly this afternoon (13.50 - Group 3 Prix du Bois).

Our firms have priced up for "ceux qui suivent".

Is that you nick?
That form looks exceptional with the winner goken having the two fastest times that I've seen there from the results on gd ground she had 2ls to find janesemory and was beaten 2ls.Now gokens proven on softer ground as well, was very impressive as well must surely be one of the best 2yr ioldfs may even turn out to be the best. That listed race previously there are 2/3 runners that were having their debut in the write up I put on here so they must be wiorth following,i even saw another one of the more exposed runners had come out of it and won recently as well.Just a pity it's over there as lose track and hard to follow, like topday if had seen the race and time to look through you could've backed the pair and done the fcast.Certainly those formlines there are looking more reliable than our 2yr olds...

Decision by one

Has been on downgrade for the last 12 months.was rated 82 this time last year when with dascombe now just rated 60 before tonights win for dave evans. In august of 2013 was runner up off 76 to diman waters at haydock, incredibly tonight was the first run back on turf over 6fs since that run 11 of the last 14 runs have been on the aw then a run over 7fs on soft and 5fs on soft. Nearly all those runs last and unsighted!!he was on my to follows in 2011 he won at wolves over 6fs in a decent time actually having baccarat behind on his debut.
He's potentially thrown in and now has his conditions, this was a leagues infront of recent form and could well run up a sequence for a horse that was capable of running to a mark of 80..

Bored of turf already to much work to find bets and then an aw card comes along and bets everywhere, takes 5 mins to find an 8/1 shot that should be 3/1 and yet on the turf you can look at 4/5 meetings and virtually find nothing. Then when you do find something after the first race you realize your gd/fm form has been ruined by watering and your 8/1 shot is now a 20/1 shot very very tedious..Will be glad when this Newcastle track opens,i might even stop doing turf altogether its a waste of time compared to the aw cards there's just no comparison.:ninja:

Pontefract was ridiculous other day..Windsor also overdoes it

Decision By One runs today again..6f good..is it worth a go do you think?
