Irish Racing Thread

Is there an equivalent of Turftrax for Irish racing?

I check Turftrax pretty religiously in the days leading up to big races but have never come across a similar site for Irish racing.

I've noticed race times sometimes bear no resemblance to expectations based on the going descriptions. I suspect the courses and authorities have a very ambivalent attitude towards official distances and remeasurement for course alterations.

Come to think of it, I don't think I've ever seen going stick readings for Irish racing. Do they exist?

Edit - just noticed the 1.50 nag won. Hope people managed to profit. I'm at the coo's airse as per, not realising it had been put up. Need to console myself that I probably wouldn't have got involved at short odds anyway.

I really like Bal Kauto in the 1.05 at Fairyhouse tomorrow.

Unfortunately I missed the 8/1 he opened at, he is now being smashed into 7/2. I'm hoping for a drift tomorrow and that there is no rain overnight, as Good to Yielding would suit him (which is probably why he is getting so much early money).

His hurdling performance on the 11th of July at Kilbeggan is seriously impressive. Jockey raced from the rear and just flicks a switch towards the end to win by 14 lengths. Up 16lbs since his last time over hurdles but I think this is still a manageable mark as long as he shows up in similar condition to how he did in the summer. Anything 4/1 or bigger is a bet for me.
