Caution is required, but it's too easy to simply dismiss this stuff because of where it's coming from.
The important fact in the above article is that the allegations against McAlpine are not new, they appeared in Scallywag magazine in the 90s. And if you follow the link provided and read the Scallywag article you will have to agree that, as Icke says, "it could not have been more explicit". Of course it's possible that Icke was involved himself in the writing of that article, but even so the fact is that it was published without legal repercussions, it would seem. One potentially significant detail in it, if true, is that McAlpine was cautioned by Glasgow police in the 60s for an offence with a minor.
