Leopardstown 2013

If Sir des Champs is none the worse for his fall he is the one. I didn't rate last season's RSA at the time and haven't changed my mind since. Mind you I've been wrong about almost everything else this week.

Going to Leopardstown tomorrow and looking forward to it though.

Your heart is ruling your head too I see

Very nearly won it last year with a poor display of jumping. If he jumps any ways adequately tomorrow he wins. Won't be enough of a test for bobs worth in my opinion. Lord windemere went out like a light in the henessey.

Take fancy prices about Cheltenham before the race as he'l be favourite afterwards.

Bullish. Can't see it myself. Heavy fall lto, fact is he didn't jump last year, Mullins campaigns him with the GC as THE aim, and his horses haven't been striking this week.

Double the price for FL who beat him in last years renewal. I feel Mouse will want to make sure there's no debate as to which race he's to be sent to at the festival this year. I think he'll be ripped fit.

All things considered he's a rock solid ew bet and would be a big win bet for me but for the ground.

Superb from Bob's Worth there - First Lieutenant backers must have thought " not you again "

Thought Rubi Ball ran a blinder - was the pace sedate ? They were all still there three out.

Sir des Champs looked a bit slow .

usually travels well on better ground. albert bartlett, rsa, hennessy.

if the gold cup is on good ground he's going to be hellishly hard to beat.

Not so well of course in the GC but it was pretty soft ground for a GC that day.

SDC needs good ground and Cheltenham. See a different horse in March.

Tremendous race.

SDC is a bit of a plodder these days.

BW just stays and stays. Hard to see something beating him up the hill

SDC was the antithesis of Bob's Worth. Always travelling the better but no fire in the belly when it was required.

Bobs Worth just keeps finding, and will surely outstay everything in the Gold Cup. Silviniaco Conti commands respect, but - surprised as I am to say it - I think Tidal Bay might be his biggest danger - though he's had a tough race today, and he isn't getting any older.

That apart, Bobs Worth looks nap material in the Gold Cup.
