Walsh has been riding out of his skin throughout the spring, even by his own high standards. Twinlight today was every bit as good as Champagne Fever in the Supreme; possibly moreso, because he absolutely kidded that horse into not thinking it was in a race.

Ruby really is at the height of his powers, right now.

No way would Solwhit have beaten her today.

Solwit is in a different league to Reve De Sivola who to be quite frank is a bit of a boat and always has been.......great traveler but has always been easy picking for a top class horse. His 2 wins this season have huge holes in the form and his 4th in the WH is as good as he really is.

Totally different race if Solwhit had run and Quevega as good as she is would struggle against him like she did the last time they met

harsh on quevega there tanlic. form lines back up she'd have at least given him plenty to think about today, and that's even if he was able to replicate his cheltenham form (something i'd doubt).

anyway it's just a rotten shame we've been denied the two of them going head to head.

I see the Mullins trained Grade 2 novice hurdle winning Mozoltov has been entered in the Goffs sale at Punchestown on Thursday.

Mozoltov has been bought back in by Mullins for 170,000.
