What are you watching

Think someone should open a book on how many times Bauer says to daughter , ' stay there Sweetheart, don't move' and she does.

or there is a mole in CTU and the director gets sacked :D

and don't forget, 24 is back early May :)

Can't wait for the new 24, even if it is only 12 episodes (Which is a little disappointing).

Anyone who has Sky+ or Sky Anytime - All seasons of 24 are now available to watch. Including 24 Redemption between seasons 6&7. Great service.

I've been watching a few episodes from season 1 again this week.

Still top quality!

Heard very good things about it too jft. Starts Saturday week, have had to stop myself downloading it!

1st episode is available on demand now, i watched it last night. Slow moving, but intriguing & will certainly stick with it. i got the impressions the first episode was laying the foundations, and the next few will be really good. heres hoping!

I suspect it's been ID'd much earlier in the thread, but I've been watching Salamander on catch-up, and it's the best thing I've seen on the bowl in a long time.

There has been a dearth of good Tv so far this year with a few notable exceptions. As a consequence have watched complete Breaking Bad, Dexter and several episodes of True Detective. Verdict- Awesome, OK (but addictive) and first class in that order.

Share your view on Salamander, Grassy. It has a certain style. Line of Duty is complex and worth watching. Looking forward to Braquo - the pace is incredible.

Last year I watched Romanzo Criminale and Corleone both Italian TV series based on real life characters. Highly recommend both.

True detective was excellent: had my full attention from the first couple of minutes; the two stars are also actors that were never my favourites but they are so good in this.

I've got 6 episodes of True Detective but not got round to watching any of it yet.

The Americans is very good, and for comedy, Legit is extremely funny, although won't be to everyones taste.

Anyone watching Line of Duty on BBC2 on Wednesday? Quality drama about corruption amongst the Police.

That and Ripper Street illustate that it isn't just the Yanks who make good drama.

Legit is easy to watch. Best avoided if easily offended

havn't got roudn to watching Legit yet, but have Jim's DVD's and been to see him twice now at the lyric theatre (Fully Functional & Legit) he is the best comedian for me. He did a routine about Oscar Pistorius that was hilarious, but id had a few & can't remember all the detail to relay. I have scoured the internet to try & source a video clip of him performing it elsewhere, but to no avail.

Not as good as The Bridge, The Killing or Borgen but still very well done and the lead character 'grows' on you the more you watch it.

Just had a read through the last few pages of this thread. Glad there are some fans of proper drama on here (American). Currently watching True Detective, Banshee, The Americans, The Blacklist and catching up on Justified. All great in their own way. Not seen any mention of The Blacklist on here, but you guys should check it out. James Spader is superb.

House of Lies is also worth a look, a comedy drama that's cut from a similar cloth to Californication.

Work colleagues, including boss, obsessed by Breaking Bad. The boss has given me series one to watch, two episodes in and I am really not sure what all the fuss is about? All the characters are very irritating except the son, and he's not in it much .

Except the son, you mad? He's the only irritating one.
