2 Year olds 2009

Interesting thoughts Flame, you seem to have built Al Zir the highest of high profiles and its strange you oppose him with Treadwell?

Please find any post where I have made out Al Zir is their best, or has a high profile. I thought he would win on debut, but I said that day I thought there was a few better. I still maintain Mendip or Poets Voice are the best, with vale Of York not far behind.

With Osbourne horses so out of form (even with a low number of runners) it would be difficult to see Treadwell winning - Geordielands run (not necessarily the result) may give us a guide.

Geordieland ran well, but clearly didn't want it.

Nope, Seta was just beaten by more matured 2 year olds imo, she's going to be an awesome 3 year old and going by Rainbow Views 2 year old career it doesn't mean by swooping up the 2 year old division that you'll become a superstar at 3.

Quite excited by the prospects of High Twelve, Azmeel and Vale Of York all meeting each other. Can only see Gosden running one though.

Think Azmeel is turning up at The Curragh on Sunday for the Million instead...alot of these will be double booked for the Beresford Stakes as well.

Looks a very strong renewal in prospect...
