Luke Harvey suggested today that Dettori was on the decline and that was why he was getting fewer rides . What a prize prat Harvey is . From the very first days of the Racing Channel he has led to the world asking the question - " who chose him for the job ? "

Despite the disgraceful way Godolphin has treated him it seems that other trainers are cueing up to book Dettori this week . I should so like to see him win the Coronation on Laugh Out Loud .
 
I hope to see him smash back into the limelight on Colour Vision and Piri Wango, while his bookings for Noseda in the opener and in the 5.00 catch the eye.

Can you name 5 rides this year which show Frankie is on the decline?

He isn't. Godolphin have not had the horses, or the horses in form, for Frankie to shine this year. His ride on Opinion Poll lto was very nice.

I hope more people write him and his horses chances off.

On the subject of his treatment, Godolphin run 3 in the last and he can't get a ride. Clueless. It's one thing buying the wrong horses, or training them suboptimally, but having the best jockey of the past 20 years and instead using an overrated arrogant average jockey instead is beyond the pale.
 
I wondered if he might be struggling to do the weight on either of the top two but he has ridden at 8-9 a couple of weeks ago.

Presumably it's the fact that those are Al Zarooni's horses rather than Bin Suroor.
 
Kailani? Horse needs to run round Crayford, not Ascot to be fair. I backed her too but horse is just a total moose.

Should send her to America in headgear and stuff her full of drugs if they want to make a group winner out of her.
 
As did I. Blame yourselves, not those lovely Arabs who are specialists at spending near billions on horses for very little return!

They say insanity is continuing to do the same thing but expecting a different outcome.

Dettori was excellent on Colour Vision I thought . He is riding as well as ever - Sheikh M needs to treat him with the respect he deserves.

Imo, people are reading too much into the Frankie situation, and he's still able to more or less pick and choose as previously. Certainly gave the strong impression he could've ridden Opinion Poll today, had he wanted, even though it's trained by the 'other' stable.
It certainly wouldn't stretch credibility too far to suggest - particularly given the way they were ridden - that the 3 horses in the last were doing no more than setting the race up for the Sheikh's son, anyway..

What got me yesterday was Claire mispronouncing "vicissitudes" and wanting to name a horse "vissitudes" as it was a catchy name. Poor Willie knew something was not quite right but did nothing to correct her. It reminded me of Miwiam Fwancomes fashion commentawy in the 80s. Thames Valley English and all that.
 
To be fair, in a roundabout way he has.... they just forgot to leave out the "a" ??

(unless im remembering wrong and Jp's house isnt called *insert name of the place here* stud ??)
