Battle Of The Forums

FWIW Lawrence, I reckon Doncaster was on the quicker side of Good for the hurdles course today and Good with a bit of Good to Firm in places even on the Chase course. The time for the 0-130 handicap chase was suspiciously fast, being just a mere 3.60 slower than standard. With a strong drying wind, I'd expect both to be on the quick side of Good tomorrow, and wouldn't be at all surprised if it rode G - G/F in places, or even G/F G in places at a real push. There weren't really enough races run on the chase course to make a definitive opinion, so there's a cautionary note of sorts.

Colin, would I risk it if she was? Stoopid but not that much!
Thanks, Warbler, The horses I fancy would like good ideal or nearly good rather than almost soft. money going on.

I see some people have stuck up choices from DONNY when I thought the rules stated that the first leg is

CHELTENHAM ONLY

Someone alter SL et al if this is the case!!

As I am first reserve, I'd better get form-reading...

Difficult as our new Scottisah landlord at the local put on a Burns Night tonight... I am replete, and want only to sleep, but I'll do my best now, since brain doesn't work int he morning!

Headstrong, I presume that Cormack and Galileo agreed a change. The instruction at the top of this page mirrors the one on TRF and also the one that came in our PM reminders.

Worth questionning though.

Would I be right in thinking that replete is code for "pissed"?
No.

I am replete with haggis, tatties n neaps, and a rather odd version of 'boiled baby' which I regret having tried
I did drink enough to get pissed - but sadly didn't achieve that end, there were too many people.
Don't ask me why, but I can't get pissed in a crowd these days, going a bit mutton might be the problem!

Sorry the Comp rules have changed, do I now have to trawl through more than one card? - woe is me

The first part is easily accomplished and for the second I am devious. First I show her the amount of cash that I am holding, ( accidently forgetting the far larger sum
that I have in another pocket). This means that I always end up with more cash to show her at the end of the day than I 'had' to start with.

Ah, women. You have to love 'em. They'd believe anything.

Posting as a reserve - I've gone for longer odds than obvious favourites,

I never drink at home SL :P

The mods agreed it was worth querying - I had the rules firmly in my mind as first stuck up!
Would be awful to have half entries disqualified after all - this is war!
