Cheltenham 2016/2017

Well done EC1, I'll give Wolf another chance later in the season (hopefully in a handicap hurdle).

it is a "winning" horse Marb...just flying a bit high today imo...and when it does win you can be sure it will win at double figures..i always remember your words on here when its won in the past..a very good horse to follow imo

Yeah I agree EC1, he does put in the odd dodgy jump, but apart from that, give him the benefit of the doubt first time out.

The Greatwood would probably be aiming too high, (for future champion hurdlers that race), but there must be something else off his current mark. Assuming he turns out to be the same horse as last season (or better!).

i haven't really had a bad..as in bad...day for some time DO..i've smartened mesen up money management area..and tbh..the last 2 months have been the best i've ever had re coining some money in..i have to now anyway.....i've no other income bar a small pension every month..i don't get the state pension til i'm 66..so its a full time job for me now. I'm loving it tbh...each day is a challenge...keeps me on my toes..never bored..what more can you ask really..most folk moan they don't know what to do with themselves when they turn 60..i do..i love getting up to see what the day will offer..meet the challenge..of surviving ,,hopefully thriving a bit....without the safety net of an ordinary job

Don't back him AP for the Hennessy Fist as read that was definitely not a target. However, he's a Jonjo horse, so you never know...

I see he's talking the Colin Parker a race he/jonjo has contested in the past with Alberta's Run Hollywell among others. The former managed a good 4th (Stone last :p) to Tidal Bay and Holywell didn't fair much better behind Many Clouds.

You could argue he showed enough speed to be winning over 2m4f especially round Carlisle but I'd want to see him on a set of scales before laying out a penny. He's a class act but then again so is Jonjo when it comes to JP owned animals

Bristol Du Mai is a horse I like

yes..he has some engine..that win at haydock was pacewise unreal..look at what happened to the two behind him who tried to go with him..dropped away like stones off a scorching pace..and both have run poorly since..probably finished em for the season that run..and yet BDM came out and won again

he is a bit of a monster on his day
