Forum horse connections

Carbis Bay is back from his break and will run in a 2 and a half mile chase at Plumpton on Monday. In view of the rain we are getting there may be a number of withdrawals and we can hope to pick up some prize money. He is a sound jumper (apart from the mistake at Ascot) but he is not that fast. Having said that the heavy ground might suit him better than some of the others. It will be his first time in a handicap Chase and he will only carry 10 - 6.
 
Hope to get back in gear tomorrow at Chepstow when both Regal Diamond and Book`em Danno return.Pete will be at Donny trying to buy a few relatives
 
Good luck Roddy, may be there if AP needs one or two for his 4000 and assuming he rides there and not Fairyhouse. Weather dependent too, looks like a shocker.

Shantou Magic will be attempting to defy a penalty at Market Rasen tomorrow. Undoubtedly impressive at Fontwell, he's got to win again tomorrow, and win well, if he's to be considered suitable to progress to a higher grade. Fingers crossed.
