guess you'll be getting a few of these then....

Congratulations!! (and what a kind little girl - waiting until after the cricket....)

Well done, Lyndy and Madge! Happy days to all of you. I thought Matilda wasn't due for two weeks? So she's caught onto the world of racing nice and early? "Broke well, early away, showed precocious speed... " :D All the very best to the Joneseses.

WOW. I am fairly tired but still so happy. I just spent 2 hours with Matilda asleep in my arms at the hospital. It is easily the happiest 2 hours of my life. A change of clothes and some food then out again.

Mother and baby are both doing well and they are grateful for the good wishes from all on here. 5.56 James? Some of us had been up all night!

Steady on, Paul. I did the same thing just after my daughter was born but Rooster Booster made me happier :)

After being up all night I hope you had a bit more tact than Mr GG. When in labour with number 3, Emily, we went to the hospital around 8pm. I predicted she'd be here by midnight. I was wrong. At around 12.30am Mr GG started looking at his watch, channel surfed, looked at his watch, paced around a bit, looked at his watch and then announced he was tired and a little bit bored, could I hurry up a bit? :angy: Emily finally arrived at 4.48am. He complained almost non-stop about how tired, bored and hungry he was. By 7.30am we were home and he went straight to bed, leaving me and Emily on our own downstairs
