Punchestown 2012

Debatable I think.

Probably not, but they seem keen to go ahead. There's a lot of standing water on the track and it's still coming down.

From a distances point of view I hope they get through the card... as long it's safe of course!

With 33l to start with you surely would! How will they adjust to take account of fewer races- simple division or something clever?

There was a new quote for today's races (over 34 @ 9/4) but the abandoned races not rescheduled will I think be allocated 6 lengths, in terms of the Total Distances Festival Market.

Quick maths (dodgy) says 72 lengths!!!
I hope your doing well out of this.
Nice one.

67.25 today, they cap the maximum at 30, gives a running total of 113.25 for 2 days, lets just hope that they get enough of the rest of the meeting on.

Favourite points 80 today which with only 5 races is good, running total 155, 365 the target.

Is Quevega more inconvenienced by the weather that VLV?

Was thinking the same thing myself last night. Very hard to know, it will more than likely turn into a three hurdle sprint, as its very hard to know what pace to go in the ground. Id imagine they could crawl early and sprint for home then.

Ground will surely be more to VLVs liking, but she's had the harder campaign. I'd just side with Quevega personally.

Ryanair chase from today added to tomorrow's card - tomorrows other chases abandoned and another 5 race card in prospect tomorrow.
