Today's Fancy

The 1.50 Lingfield looks a nice playable race. The fav is an unraced Beckett horse who is clearly some talking horse, at 11/8, I'll swerve thanks. The 2nd fav has had a few chances to shed it's maiden tag and has been tried in blinkers, possibly has an aversion to winning.

I'm going to chance my arm with a couple in this race; namely Anna Fontenail who has the best speed figure in a race where she made eye-catching progress at Kempton on her debut (a race that has worked out well) and also Revolutionary who ran very green on debut in a maiden which a few have ran well from without winning since, Osborne also seems to get going on the AW around this time in the winter. At 6/1 and 12/1 respectively, they're worth taking the market leaders on with IMO.

I'm putting my conkers on the line with Binocular at 11/4. Think last years campaign of hit and miss can be forgot as his first race this year when he jumped much slicker was much better and he wasn't touched by McCoy after the last. Can't see why KK should be fave in places I know he has a great record fresh but bearing in mind he looked very impressive at Aintree over 2m 5f is he gonna have enough tactical pace to do Binocular and it seems to me as horses age especially the 2m they lose a bit of pace.

You are not the only one - buddy of mine cannot see him beat and at 5/2 and he's a judge - not a huge fan of him after last years shenanagans but I wouldn't put you off!!

Well biggest bet this year for me so fingers crossed i just can't see him beat the one i have a feeling will run a bigger race than expected is Escortmen likes the track after the Dovecote last year

Agree with you

My initial reaction was I wasn't overly impressed thought he would do it easier than that especially with the Henderson horses in form I guess though the big day for them is March. I think all in all now I'm in the Fly camp and I'm going to do a little on Dunguib as well.
