Dark Spirit 3.40 Lud

15 runners in this class 4 isn't going to make this easy to predict, but the majority do look to be no better than class 5 or lower runners. Dark Spirit could well end up running in better races. Price too low to go big though after factoring in the negatives.

Negatives - unsure on fitness, Evan Williams stable runners some doing OK but not on fire.

Edit : ran OK in about 4th, maybe another day

In the 7:30 at Kempton I think Harrison George could go well dropped massively in class and with a change of circumstances. Formerly a listed winner for Richard Fahey and rated 114, he's moved yards and is having just his third run for P Gorman (and only second run on a/w) off a mark of 85 tonight. Every win he's ever had has been with 9 stone plus so the weight won't be a problem.

All he needs really is to return to form, so the support in the market and the booking of Holland tells me not only is this horse a good bet tonight but could trade a lot shorter in running if he races prominently as I expect him to. I'll be having a bit on on betfair and put in a lay to get some return in the event he gets caught. If he comes out the stalls and is up there early I'd really fancy him.

I'm tempted to say this is a Marble special, but I won't haha.:)

Laughing Jack springs out as a possible at the prices in the 5.00 Nottingham. Trainer has had a big priced winner in one of the (weak) hurdles today. LJ sired by Beat Hollow who gets some reasonable quality runners, has not had dozens of runs, at around 24 he wouldn't be an outlandish bet in this given the top two in the betting may not be anything great. Has one or two pieces of form in class4 that look OK.

Not entirely sure Dazzling valentine is completely out of this either, but LJ is the one to halt a dodgy day.

Edit : LJ ran on into 4th after very poor start, Dazzling Valentine looked set to win about 150 yards out but got done into 3rd

I have backed Sea Soldier in this race - Gigilo highlighted him last time out. Good luck with yours Marb.

To make a horse easy to eliminate, I will pick Numeral in a race with a couple of picks already.

I can't have the fav Alraased and although Numeral has lay-off and Levey to contend with, the drop back to 7f on a track he goes really well on, makes him a bet for me.

He does have 6f turf entry later on, which possibly indicates he may need the run.

great place..hard luck indeed on the win

Bin Suroors record in 2yo handicaps on the sand beyond 7f reads 6 wins from 8 runs.

after last night its 7 from 9..and he has another one tonight in the 8.00 Tamarkus

poor draw so stake reduced but

first time out in a Newmarket mdn was only 9/2..two horses that finished behind it are now rated 83..3 lengths behind T..and 81..5.5 lengths behind T

so is potentially in front of mark..2nd Infinite magic in the race lto also won next time comfy

had a go at 3.2

I devoured the 5/2 this morning.

i've had a small bet on Sir Boss at 13.0 in the 8.30..drops to a 0-70 and should get a decent pace to run at..Eaves is back on board and is 1112 when riding

this one is a lay back at 1.05:)

...and I'm going Beat Route, taken the 24s Betfair and now down to half that. Got some reasonable form round Kempton.

Good luck to both
