Great tip Euronymous unfortunately I backed Caravaggio!! Could u explain 660-77 if u don't mind. Hope your run continues.

Thanks. I put the figures the wrong way round, should've read 660/77 or a little over 17/2. As for my winning run, I've had the best month (from Royal Ascot till now) I've had since I started keeping records. Ironically though I might need it as the job isn't looking that secure (company I work for was hit badly by a computer virus the other week and we've lost a lot of customers.) Such is life.

Few quid about for Mick Easterby's runner, Knightsbridge Liam, in 5:15 at Beverley.

Form study hasn't been getting me very far so I've taken my chance anyway, or played this horse 'blind'.

I've not seen the race or opposition yet I just know he's priced about 5/1, but I do think Robbie Roo Roo, (Newmarket 8:45) isn't a bad horse. He runs off a low looking turf mark here and is bang in form after winning at Kempton on the all weather last time. Big chance tomorrow.

There's no need to put all my eggs in one basket in this 8:45 at Newmarket.
Hence I see it as good heat for a reverse forecast and tricast.

Robbie Roo, along with Tulip Dress and Commanche with do for a reverse combo forecast and tricast, at around 3/1, 9/1 & 9/1 respectively.

Number's 8, 9, and 11 on the racecard.

3.15 Newmarket-Cool Bahamian @ 7-1 [Skybet]

15:20 Market Rasen - Shelford

(Just the one bet today for me, taken at the freely-available 9/1 at time of writing. Decent chance in this for the Skelton team).

Market Rasen
2.10 Kapstadt has been running well on the Flat where he's rated 15lb higher than around this time last year and can hopefully transfer that improvement to hurdles
3.20 Casino Markets looks to have a decent each way chance in a typically competitive renewal and may be good value at 14/1 (sadly only 11/1 with Skybet who pay 5 places). Also backed Alcala at 9/1 who would have won well last time even if the runner up hadn't blundered badly at the last

Yeah just done that mate. I'm got the afternoon off my normal duties so looking forward to watching the racing, but now time to take the dogs out ha. :)

3.20 earthmoves 16-1 should be a great race and fair play to anyone picking the winner

Trixie in lingfield later

5.45 singapore sling
8.15 morello
8.45 frangarry

Couple of trackers out today but Mazyoun and Remarkable are both too short - I had the latter in mind for the International next week at Ascot. The ex Frenchie that ran in the Djelbel and Commonwealth Cup is interesting in Remarkable's race.

16:50 Newton Abbot - Treasure The Ridge e/w

(Not endowed with much pace this one, but the heavy rain forecast in the area around midday today might just help the gelding. Feel it's worth a small interest e/w at the 12/1 currently on offer in two places).

Yesterday, Shelford was disappointing as he suddenly hit a bad flat spot around 4 fences out which effectively cost him any chance of winning. He did well to recover enough to finish third, although it has to be said he went past already beaten horses.

14:45 Cartmel - Shantou Tiger

(Surprised I came across something today, but this one's recent form is encouraging, so will have a bit on at the 7/1 generally available atm).

Stanghow runs another good race, finishing fourth in the class 3 today at York. There could be a nice class 3 or even 2 in this horse at some point.

Stanghow out again on the all weather tomorrow night in Chelmsford's 7:00. It is a competitive race though. Mazzini and Upavon look to have equally good chances. I do feel a reverse forecast/tricast coming on. I've never landed a decent reverse tricast on any forum , in just over ten years of posting the occasional drivel, so I'd like to think that one is due. :)

Stanghow, Upavon, & Mazzini.
No's 7, 8, & 9 on the racecard tomorrow. (Chelmsford 7:00).
R.c.forecast and R.tricast for fun.
Don't put too much on as it'll ruin the dividend!

Like the look of PJ McDonalds rides tonight at Nottingham. Four good chances, so worth putting in a wee Yankee. :)

Just off to Nottingham soon, marb, and was going to ask for some tips [I'm a bit out of touch, racing wise at the moment]. A place that I can never get a winner at, is Nottingham, but it's a nice track to visit.

Upavon (7.00) ran close to his best in a better race than this 3 ago. Lost all chance on his next outing by rearing in the stalls, and was missing 3 months before never being put into his next race over wrong trip and ground.
14/1 is just too big for this dual c/d winner.
